This clock will elevates your space! It is very light weight and you need to be very careful with the clock hands because they are on the thin side! The tick is pretty quiet and I do not get bothered or wake up at night. I have it in my master bedroom and it looks so nice that I am think about getting the black one for my front room. The roman numerals creates a sophisticated and relaxing look, however it took a few days for my mind to get used to reading it. hahaha. I think the $40-ish price point is worth it! You will need one double AA battery (not included). I got the white numbers to match the color scheme in my room and I love it but it did has two small spots were white paint is missing. This clock is absolutely gorgeous! For one thing, it’s huge! I’m very glad I chose this size. It definitely fills the space as I wanted it to and it is most definitely a statement piece. It is very lightweight so it’s easy to hang. When I first put the battery in I thought that the clock wasn’t working but it is just very quiet. I had to hold my gear right against in order to hear the ticking. I did. have a small issue with the hands being bent but I was able to gently bend them into an appropriate shape. Hopefully, there won’t be a problem long term. My clock has the gold hands so it is easy to read. I got a good deal for the clock on Prime day but even at its current price, I would highly recommend it. Don’t hesitate to purchase! ... show more

My old clock died after 15 years. I wanted one that was similar to the original. Luckily, Amazon came to the rescue and I found the perfect replacement. It is lightweight and accurate. I love the gold hands of this clock. So easy to read ! Price was right and delivery perfect. So what else can I say---- addendum---- you got the" 7 " in roman numerals incorrect ! VI is not seven--- I have TWO VI's on my clock--- quality control stinks! Make that two stars---------- ... show more
