Appreciate the flexibility, various seating solutions, options a 9-piece conversion set allows, as well as the design attempt to provide smart-looking distinctive overall appearance. The dark brown of the Rattan pairs well with the medium tone wood-look of the arm and legs and the beige cushions, which result in an appealing and inviting overall schematic. Color palettes consisting of browns, beige, or tan; cool earth tones, promote feelings of home, security and being grounded, and are symbolic of concepts such as sanctuary, peace, comfort, coziness, connection or communing, trustfulness, and rest and relaxation. The wide design of the chairs, over-sized ottomans, thick cushions, paired with optimal set arrangement communicates an environment of comfort, conversation and R&R as symbolically described. Price point was an important factor in the purchase decision, considering this wasn't a planned purchase. RSVPs for an impromptu event to celebrate a family member I'd been lassoed into hosting determined the need for overflow seating, which then necessitated moving up the replacement of the previously discarded set destroyed by a severe storm. A similar set would have taken required weeks for shipping and delivery, and I was constrained by a 10-day window. Upside: Price paid for 9 Pieces, Flexible arrangement options, Oversize chair / ottoman design extends seating capacity, Overall good look and feel, Comfortable, Prompt shipping, Quick delivery, Easy set-up, Pairs well with similarly designed / looking items. Downside: Price paid for a Rattan set, regardless to appeal; Historically not a fan of Rattan or other similar materials such as wicker: View these materials as cheap; Very rare for a Rattan product to be classified as valuable; Wouldn’t have proceeded with spend for a Rattan product had it not been necessary for the event, the time constraints, and the fact that much of the existing offering researched over 3-4 days was limited to the same type of material. Overall, while the set looks good and comes with several pluses, it's not what I would have decided on given the lack of time and need constraints. While pricing is repped in both Upside and Downside, ultimately deducting 1-star for total price paid for the Rattan set since Rattan isn't considered a material having any special or significance in value other than durability.

Never made it past the first chair. The holes and bolts simply don’t align, making assembly impossible no matter what we tried, and my husband can put together just about anything — with or without instructions. The materials themselves looked solid and well-made, which makes it even more frustrating. Can’t recommend until the alignment issues are fixed.

The media could not be loaded. I being a customer who had just recently bought the Wicker King set has been extremely pleased by the product. It came in with a beautiful color and fine material and I am so excited to use it with my family as we enjoy our in home pool parties. The cushions are soft and fluffy making it very relaxing. On top of that it looks and feels high quality. I highly recommend these products as I do personally love it and it has been a great addition to my home.

This set is quite nice even though the back is somewhat low. It was hard to find a nice set for this price, so I went with the sofa, love seat and two chairs with ottomans. The only problem I have with it is that one of the seams has unraveled. The seam itself looks like a quarter inch when it should really be a half an inch or more. so I have a frayed end and who knows if it's a one off, we'll see. Of course the feet and armrests are some sort of poly/plastic? but I've accepted it because its in all sorts of weather here in western NY. The rattan itself looks like it will hold up, but I wouldn't sit on it without the cushions--that's just asking for trouble no matter how well it's made. The pillows are stuffed well and everything dries reasonably quickly. I still BOUGHT COVERS (which I have reviewed from VAILGE here on Amazon THEY ARE INCREDIBLE AT A LOW PRICE All in all, I'm pretty happy but this is the first month with them.
