This chair is nice for a long day at work. I have it on a rug so the stock wheels do not roll very well. Once you replace the stock wheels with some of the rollerblade style wheels, this chair is a smooth rolling and well worth the money. I ordered red just because it was on sale, but now I am the only one in the office with a bright comfy chair, the lumbar pad is nice, as is the neck pad. I have gotten a couple of nice short cat naps in when time allows, which is always a great feature in an office chair. ... show more

    • Good to sit in, poorly designed backboard attachment.

This product is made well but designed horribly. The back board is attached by 3 screws and isn't really made to attach properly. after the screws are in its just friction keeping it attached meaning that after a few days of use you get to tighten the screws. The backboard swivels horizontally about 1.5 inches in either direction. I have no clue why you would design a chair to do this. Its the most annoying thing to have have to deal with, you are in the middle of a game and lean back to feel the chair change its leaning angel slightly. WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Other than that the chair is actually extremely comfortable to sit in for hours. I have sat in the chair for 15+ hour sessions and felt no need to readjust or get and move around for a while. The foot rest is ok if you extend it to the max. Otherwise its just mediocre. I somewhat feel like this chair would be awful for tall people or fat people. I am around 5'4 (160cm) and feel that this chair fits me well. I can sit cross legged in this chair which is bonus. The arms are extremely wide. Sad that the attach point for the back board is terrible. Otherwise a solid chair and semi-suitable for longer sit sessions. Hope people read my review before purchasing. I will also try to update my review after sitting in it for a few months since I only made this review after 3 days. Update, (sorry for the late update kinda forgot) sat in the chair for 2ish months now. Sitting in this chair skin to seat, will make you sweat an ungodly amount. chair is still comfortable to sit in for many hours at a time. I was able to use some insane strength to tighten the screws on the back so it doesn't swivel as much. I think you should get a power drill to do the screws on this chair. I dont use the piston so I cannot comment on if it holds up. foot rest is very poor as I have stated before and it only feels worse over time. The lumbar cushion attachment is awful. It full deflated to 1/4 of its original size after 2 weeks of use. the chair feels best with no cushions attached at all and I do not know why they are even included except to up the price tag up 40 bucks for 5 dollars of product. Some people have claimed the chair has started to make lots of noise, have not noticed it personally. Arm rests are more stable after borrowing a friends power drill and tightening them. My original review is still similar to my current review, 3.5 out 5 stars. The next price point on chairs are more worth than this chair. ... show more

This chair is worth every penny. It's not the most expensive chair, but it works just as well. It's got a foot holder that lifts up your legs to relax which is awesome. And then it comes with a neck and back massager but as you see from the picture I bought my own that I could totally use both. That massager goes full force and it's so relaxing. I forget I have it sometimes when my back hurts and just go straight to the chair once I remember. Thank you so much for selling this chair at this price because literally that's all I could afford at the time and it's worth so much more than this. Please don't raise the price for those beginning gamers that need the chairs because this is really helpful. ... show more

    • Great chair to start with if you sit a lot
One thing i will note off the bat is that, while the product i ordered was marked new, based on certain parts being in the middle of assembly and the screws and tool coming in a small loose slightly ratted up baggy, the package i got wasn't completely new. The only things i can say for sure were new are the legs and the wheels, but that's more a seller issue than a product issue. Keep in mind my experience is based off a chair that probably wasn't new. -Easy assembly, the instructions were written and visual. -The sides of the chair go up a little bit so if you sit wide it can hurt but its a simple solution of just sitting properly -The instructions say to put the head pillow more towards the top but as a short person I just put them around the darth vader eye looking things, it sags a little but its not really an issue when you're sitting. -The head pillow is a little on the firm side, I might try to wear it down a little to get a little more squishiness. -The lumbar support pillow is great!! My last chair gave me awful back pain but since I've gotten this it hasn't happened. -The armrests are great! Though the plastic shell portion can move a little bit. It's not distracting though and doesn't really impact anything, except my right one moves a little more and its definitely distracting. I might wedge a piece of wood or cardboard between the gap to alleviate that. Now that Im fiddling with it while I'm typing this i might see if i can get a replacement -The footrest is perfect!! I watch Movies and read with it out and its great, it doesn't slide out super smooth but that's probably a good thing because you don't want it sliding out when you don't want to. -The recline is good. Though it say's it can go 170 degrees it can manage 180. I wouldn't recommend it though because you might fall. The back doesn't go all the way forward when you use the lever so you sometimes have to pull it with your hand, this could however be an issue with my lever specifically. -Overall like any product it's not perfect, however at this price point it has my recommendation, it is very comfortable and great for whatever you're at your desk for. ... show more

This is a sturdy well made chair. I'm 6ft and 250lbs and find this a good fit. The only drawback is the neck support pillow sits a little low, but not too much. I would definitely recommend.
