I like the clarity of this camera, and it charges well with its solar panel. For the price, it's good. I added a memory card, and it records and takes pictures. The only thing I don't like is that it only alerts and takes pictures when it detects people, cars entering, or exiting, and does nothing. I don't understand that, could it be that the motion detector isn't working? Because a car moves in front of the camera and nothing happens. That disappoints me. which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. This item seems great and I wanted to love it with all the great reviews it had, but NO reviews on night time and that was a big give away, and I should have probably done more more research and gotten the answer I needed, it was not for me. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s it’s not a bad little thing just not completely accurate on the scale of 1-10.10 been the highest I would give it a 2. Easy to set up and use, but both lose connection to the WIFI quite often, which makes them sort of useless for real time alerts.... I like the solar panel recharging idea. Must buy a subscription if you want more in-depth alerts. The resolution is not that great past 15 feet. I can see my truck in my driveway 30 feet away clear enough but there is no way I could see the name on the side of it, nor the license plate-those details are a total blur. I can see my neighbor's house across the street, and could see if a human was approaching it, but that's it. The resolution is very acceptable if someone is fairly close to the camera... It does show my cats, but does not alert me to them, which is nice, nor do my trees blowing in the wind set it off. It seems very human-shape specific. Both cameras got WARM when I was charging them, but maybe they all do that-these are my first cameras. My biggest complaint are the cameras dropping the WIFI....... ... show more
