This results in high quality professional photos. I used it to take my own passport photo. Without these lights, the photo had a lot of shadows which are against the passport photo rules. But by using them, they gave me perfect images with no shadowing whatsoever.

Pros: The Softbox Lighting Kit delivers a nice bright light and very it was easy to put together. Cons: The Softbox material and carrying bag have a strong odor. It is a very lingering, nauseating, chemical smell that is so pungent, I have to place the light in another room when I am not using it; and I just threw the bag away. Also the cord could be longer. 10/24/25 UPDATE: The Seller was very responsive to my review and even offered a refund, but since I had already used the light, I did not think it appropriate to return the item. So far the light works really well, it was just the smell that was the problem (which has dissipated some - or maybe I have gotten used to it). ... show more
