This is a great addition to my equipment. It has very even light both with a speedlight or a strobe. I had to get a boom arm to fully use it since it has such a large diameter & I frequently want it to shoot straight down in automotive photography. It definitely needs a sturdy c-stand & sandbags!

I am a petite woman (5’1 130lbs). My neewer softboxes required the help of my nephew to put together as the wire was really difficult to put together. And because if this I have not taken them apart. I know I would never be able to put the soft box back together on my own. I got this super fast which I was really impressed as everything is taking weeks to be delivered now even with “prime.” I pulled this out and set it up with no problem. When it was time to store it, no problem. I only gave it 4 stars because I only had it for a day, however I am super impressed with the ease of setting this up and how a couple of pics turned out.

I absolutely love this beauty dish! I've been wanting a collapsible since Joel Grimes came out with his, and was tempted to get it. This one is way only a fraction of the price, 4x the size, and there's no way that it's any less durable! It is a little on the heavy side, so it'd be really tough for an assistant to hold it for any length of time, and I'll have to be very careful that it sits over the stand leg!

I have been using it constantly for about a year and it has taken a beating. Even fell into the ocean. Still works like a dream. It has sold me on using other boxes from Glow. I love all my glow boxes. 42in just incase it blends the reviews. I also have the 25 and use it for headshots. Some examples attached of what I have gotten with it. I have used Godox AD200s and the AD400pro.
