Update: It worked great, for 1 month. Now it won't keep the product cool or harden it to pull. When I contacted customer service, they told me to empty the product every night and that the standby mode won't keep it cold. That's what the standby mode is made for, keeping the product cooled when not using. This was a waste of money and I highly recommend you don't buy it. I'm very disappointed, as when it worked, it was amazing! I've only had it on a day (received it 2 days ago, but directions said let it sit for at least 24 hrs). I have had nothing but great experiences from day 1. Machine arrived a full 8 days sooner than it was supposed to. It was in perfect condition. Seller had emailed me a full instruction manual that I printed out and had ready. Took it out of box, most of machine was already assembled, which was amazing. The little that wasn't was so easy. The seller included extra parts as well, which is so helpful! Once everything was put together, we plugged it in and away we went! We had the most perfect ice cream in less than 5 minutes! I'm so glad I read the reviews on this machine and took the plunge! I'm praying it holds up because it's a Fabulous machine that puts out incredible product!

A good value for the price. It freezes quickly and dispenses well. Easy to clean. With the right ingredients it produces a commercial level product. Our machine paid for itself in two months. Not NSF certified so your health department may not approve it for commercial use. The only feature it could use is a stirrer for the bins; soft ice cream mix tends to separate after a few hours. We plan to buy a second one in the spring; more flavors.
