This cover fits my 30” two-stage blower easily. It has a strong elastic band that draws snuggly around the base and a strap to secure it underneath.

I am mostly pleased with this cover. However, it would be really nice if a minimal amount of directions were included such as un-roll and find 'FRONT' tag on the underside first, or ID strips identify the front or anything like that. Obviously, I got it backward the first time and struggled for some time before the tag was seen and the cover swapped end for end. Also, then in my case place over handles before extending over tines, or something like that. Beyond that, the fit for my 28" dual stage blower was good to very good, and the material thickness and type exceeded my expectations. All-in-all, a Nice cover!!

I bought the cheap cover, it lasted three years before the heavy snow made the handles pop through the cover. I paid a bit more for this cover, much easier to install, and definitely heavier duty. I recommend paying more for this cover.
