This was a nice upgrade to my old chair. It came with all the pieces not broken. Certains screws didn’t fit too well but enough to do the job and put it together. It’s sturdy support on your bottom/back/neck/arms and think it’s a good ergonomic chair for the fraction of the price. I haven’t tried laying back since I don’t really need to but if you follow the instructions it should work.

I have had this chair for a year and at first it was very good. Now when I sit the chair sinks down slowly and it's super annoying. I have tried everything to let it stay at the height I want but nothing works. I have not gained weight so that's not the problem here. I am going to invest in a better chair. This chair is trash.

I bought 2 of these to replace the chairs at my teacher desk in my classroom. My husband spent about 15 minutes putting each one together. The chairs are very comfortable and offer good back support. I love the mesh design that keeps them from being hot. Great bargain.

Easy to put together. Did it in 15 mins between meetings. I really like that you can lean back in it. I am wondering if a massager or heat pad can be added to the lumbar part as it unzips and looks like it can. It is relaxing to lean back in. I just wish you could also lean it a little forward. When I sit straight up, I don't have back support and I work mostly leaning forward.

I was looking for an office chair for my wfh situation. I wasn’t looking to splurge and stumbled upon this. I’ve had it for over a month now and it has exceeded my expectations with comfort. I spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in this chair and i have not experienced any discomfort to my back or neck. The only complaint I have is that the it’s clear the quality isn’t going to be great. Packaging came somewhat dusty/dirty like it had been sitting in a warehouse for long. Also the chair doesn’t do well rolling, the wheels get stuck once you put weight in it. But moral of the story: the chair does it’s job.

Good looking chair, with only a couple of complaints. I wish the seat was softer and a little longer. The back support was a little to stiff for my liking. However, after using the chair for several weeks I have learned to like it. It is very easy to assemble. Priced right. I recommend this chair.

This is perfect for me! I ordered two - one gray and one black. I ordered the first one to see if I like it enough to get a second one for my sister. It took me almost 1 hour to assemble it. It's very comfortable. The wheels do not glide well but it's not a big problem for me because I just keep my chair in one spot
