I often cook chicken breast and shred it, usually without a device. I ran across this one and the reviews lead me to try it. The first time I used it, it took seconds to shred one. I was like Whaaaaaaa? I highly recommend this, it does what it says and it does it quickly. I will say that there are some shredded pieces left over after you shred it, but it rinses right off and for the stickier pieces, they include a cute little metal fork. I'm sure it would shred meats other than just chicken, but man this thing works great.

My wife typically dislikes shredding chicken, but this tool has made it much quicker and more manageable. Skeptical at first, but the idea of shredding cooking meat appealed. This tool is genius!! Does NOT slip on counter...very easy to use. Effective in shredding pork, chicken, and beef. What are you thinking if you fdo not have one of these??? It’s the next best thing since sliced bread! I can’t believe it actually works so great, even better than I was expecting. I can put 1-3 breasts in it, depending on size, and in seconds with hardly any effort at all, they are perfectly shredded. The rubber bottom holds it securely on your counter while you spin the top. It comes with a brush to clean all the chicken bits out around the posts making it easy to clean.
