It does what it promises-makes ice! Do not expose the machine’s sensor to direct sunlight (per instruction manual). I have been using it daily and I love it!

Started out as a great little machine. After 6 weeks of only using highly purified water and running it only as needed, it's making a horrible grinding noise when it sucks up water and not stopping sucking when the reservoir is full. Can't find contact info for customer service.

    • Don’t let the size of the ice fool you, it’s very soft and chewable!!!
I was skeptical when I first received this because of the size of the ice, but if you like to eat ice a lot, this is perfect. Very soft and easy to chew. Very happy with my purchase!

I’m impressed at how quickly this makes ice. A half of a gallon of drinking water will fill a gallon size ziplock bag with cubes in just a couple of hours. It’s also nice you can choose between two sizes.

We have had this ice maker for a year. It leaks all of the water out every single time we fill it up. We always come home to a puddle. If I could get my money back, I would. It’s not a good product at all. I can’t even find a place to contact for a replacement
