I would like to start out by saying I also have the older V11 Gim2 drone from Veenix. When I heard they had a new V11 pro, I couldn't wait to try it. The new V11 pro is the left drone in pictures. The drone comes in a very nice case. Comes with the necessary adapters needed for charging the batteries and connecting any phone to the remote, android or iOS. The in-app step-by-step instructions makes it super easy for beginners to start flying. Compared to the older V11, you do seem to get better quality pictures and a longer battery life. I did fly my old and new one back to back to see. The motors in the drone must be more efficient as the batteries are actually the same capacity (3500mah), and will actually interchange with the older V11. So if you also have the older version like me, you will be able to use the batteries. The max range does seem to be inflated from a lot of the drone mfg. I was able to get a distance of 2500ft away according to the remote, but was having the remote saying weak signal with the FPV being hit or miss. Other than that, it flew very well. Just like the older V11, it makes me feel confident that I will always be able to bring it back safely. It never seems to fly out of control, even in higher winds. It also has a lot of the nice features carry over from the older V11 like the detachable joysticks that snap into the bottom of the remote and USB cable that connects directly to the remote that helps keep your phone charged during use. All the in-app features also seem to work well like follow me, waypoint etc. Overall, it seems like a great drone in this price range that I would recommend to anyone looking for one.

Unbelievable Customer Service: A True Story Veeniix earned my trust when they kept their one-year product guarantee—that's a whole 11 months longer than most other warranties! I saw this promise in action recently when one of my drones had a small, repeated software problem. I called Veeniix Customer Support over the weekend. I left a message on Saturday and got a call back from Elaine just 20 minutes later! She immediately promised to fix things. The very next morning, Kim called to arrange a brand-new, identical drone replacement, totally free. The process was super easy; I just had to send in some flight records and a photo. Overall, I'm very pleased with this drone. Especially the quality of the photos and videos. It is very stable in flight and hover adding to the media quality. Operation is pretty straight forward. The auto return is your friend and is a safety feature you will come to appreciate. My experience is flight time and battery duration is not as long as stated but part of that could be due to flying conditions such as head wind, etc. Once you are familiar with operation it could be a little faster but generally the speed is sufficient. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is loss of signal that reduces range that results in auto return before mission completion. In my case I believe that this is due to the geographic area I mainly operate in which is heavily wooded with very tall trees making line of site between the drone and the controller difficult. I have overcome this to some extent by using the map feature and flying way-points which seems to allow the drone to operate autonomously. Overall a really good drone for the price point.

Veenix VII Pro w/8K Camera As a photographer, I've wanted a drone for many years. The day finally came when it was absolutely necessary for a job I was doing. So, I pulled the trigger and bought the Veenix VII Pro w/ 8K Camera. The first thing that caught my attention was the strong, well designed carrying case. Compact, but perfect for drone, extra battery and accessories. Well written instruction manual is handy when phone is on the controller. On line manual is extensive. It'll take me weeks or months to fully utilize the extensive capabilities I intend to apply. The drone itself is very well made with stylish and tight construction. I could feel its durability from the onset. It flies like a dream and controller is easy to maintain your intended flight path. One note: Be sure the location you're flying from has good phone reception. If you lose the connection,. The drone will freeze. But don't worry, it will "return to home" if you do. The only feature that I wish it would have would be "collision detection". But I was clear that it didn't when I bought it so I do not deduct any points for that. Adversely, not having it makes you a more cautious and better pilot. Final assessment: This is a truly professional tool for my business and enjoyment. I give it 5 Stars. One note on support. After a couple of weeks of use, I woke up one morning and thought I had a problem. They asked for some info and a video. They responded professionally and the issue was corrected. The truth was it was a really dumb mistake on my part. The real problem was "I didn't have enough coffee that morning". I especially appreciated their courtesy and professional approach to what turned out to be a "User Malfunction" Thanks Veenix. Love your product. I recommend you highly to all who find the Veenix VII Pro features acceptable to their needs.

It handles well the controller is as good of quality as expected, unimpressed with the speed capabilities, topping out at 8 m/s with sport mode. Good for beginners and good quality drone I love the color and overall ability of the drone but for the price range I’m not too happy with it there are better options available for what I’m looking for and the night time quality is nothing like advertised.

Update: This is a review of the customer service provided by Veeniix. I had an issues with the camera and an error message. I called Veeniix and left a message and within an hour Elaine returned my call. YES I spoke to a person. She walked me through some trouble shooting steps and within minutes she provided me with a resolution - just that quick. They provide the best customer service and to me, most attentive company employees. They are clearly all about the customer experience and they live up to their name. Guys – I could not wait to get this drone in the air. The V11Pro drone, in my opinion, is priced fairly and is in line with other drones with equal features and performance, but where the V11Pro really outshines the others is the unit’s durability, camera and battery life. Video at (30 fps) and 8K SONY camera capture amazing shots. The picture quality is far superior to my other drones. The 3-axis camera mount and anti-shake system provide the stability to get much smoother video and exceptional clarity in your photos. Unpacking and setting up this drone is very straightforward, however be sure to read the manual and watch a couple of videos before flying. The case sturdy and neatly holds the drone securely and has space for the extra battery and replacement parts. This drone weighs about 1.5 lbs. but surprisingly doesn’t appear to have a significant drain on the batteries – 32 – 37 minutes depending on the flight conditions. The batteries charge quickly, so be sure to get a full charge on the batteries before your initial flight. My package came with a second battery so I can quickly get back flying. The controller is more compact because they have built the antenna into the phone cradle, a brilliant idea. The joy sticks are removable and neatly stored in the base of the controller. I like the layout of the digital display on the controller - the most important information you need to fly safely is readily available at a glance. The phone app’s layout is remarkably better than the others I’ve used. This drone has both optical tracking and GPS following. With the 80 minutes flying time, you can confidently extend your boundaries (3 miles) to reach distances like never before. The TOF (time of flight) senor and return home feature assure that your unit will return home safely. At some point we all need a support team - the Veeniix support team has never let me down. They have responded to my inquiries quickly with sound recommendations. Beginner or advanced pilots will really enjoy pushing their skill to the limits with the V11Pro.

I rarely write reviews, even when a product performs well, which I admit is probably my own laziness. However, I feel compelled to leave a review for this product because of how thoroughly disappointed I am with it. I genuinely wish DJI were still an option, because this drone is nothing more than an expensive paperweight. I consider myself an experienced drone flyer. I have owned several drones over the years, and while I’m certainly not a professional cinematography pilot, I know what I’m doing. Unfortunately, this drone behaves as if it has a mind of its own. On multiple occasions, it has randomly initiated a return-to-home and landing sequence without warning. When this happens, attempting to cancel the action or manually take control is useless—the drone ignores inputs, lands where it shouldn’t, or crashes into nearby objects. This has happened repeatedly. The battery performance is even worse. Each battery is fully charged before flight, yet I’m lucky to get seven minutes of flight time per battery. This isn’t a defective battery issue—I experienced the same problem with all three batteries, including an additional one I purchased hoping it would solve the issue. It didn’t. Despite very limited use, the drone has extremely low total flight time because it simply isn’t enjoyable or reliable to fly. At best, I might get 21 minutes total across all three batteries. Once the battery reaches around 50%, it suddenly drops to 25%, triggers an automatic return, and once again refuses to allow manual override. The drone then lands wherever it decides, regardless of surroundings. Yes, you get what you pay for, and this is clearly a budget drone—but even a lower-priced product should be functional and enjoyable. This is neither. Flying it is stressful, frustrating, and ultimately pointless. The only one time I had fun flying this thing is the day I opened it. After that nothing but, buyers remorse. Would give 0 stars if possible! My advice: save your money. Buy a good used DJI drone, or if they become available again in the U.S., purchase one new. The higher price is absolutely worth it for reliability, flight time, and actual enjoyment. If you are still within the return window for this drone, return it immediately. It is not worth the headache.
