I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review so I’d have enough time to use the product and make sure there were no defects or issues. I was considering joining my local gym for the sole purpose of using the sauna, MAN...am I glad I chose this product instead.💜 For size reference I’m 5’3 and I’ve included a picture of how I look sitting inside of the sauna using the chair that is included with it. I was sweating profusely after sitting in it for 15 min at 140 degrees. I was able to stay in for the full hour without feeling overheated. The temperature also adjust to maintain the temperature you select. I have back issues and joint pain, my old ass body feels so good after sitting in what my boyfriend affectionately refers to as my “iron lung”. The only thing that would make this product perfect for me is if the chair had armrest. My boyfriend, who is 5’11 wanted to give it a try and he fell in love with it too. He’s able to sit comfortably in the chair that came with it. The product comes with a footpad that I have not used since my initial use because it gets my feet uncomfortably hot. My boyfriend didn’t use the footpad after the first time either. It serves a better purpose for catching sweat and being easier to clean off than the foam pad that is on the bottom of the sauna. It’s easy to fold down and put away, it’s extremely easy to clean, it’s lightweight and easy to move around, and initial set up after taking it out of the box was a breeze. I love this product so much that I suggested it to a friend of mine, she bought her own and loves hers just as much. I would prefer to have a hot tub, but since that’s just not an option for me this is the next best thing.

Works very well, gets really hot, so it's not for children. Of course you can set the temp and time. It also has a foot pad that you can heat up, or not. I love it! I just really love to sweat. I don't sweat otherwise, so it feels good. I keep a bottle of water near by to stay comfortable. Very easy to use, set up, and break down. Portable.

I really really like this sauna I live in south Florida but can’t handle the heat and humidity outside, if my head gets too hot. The sauna is easy to set up, break down and move. I am currently using a step stool to sit on until I get a better chair. The chair included was made for a small child and is literally painful to sit on the way it curves up to a point. I close the flap then cover it with the towel to preheat. By the time I have my hair up and am ready, it is up to temperature. I usually have it in my guest bedroom, and when company is here I move it to my bedroom. It is very easy and light weight to move around.

I love this tent. I bought this during the height of the Pandemic in 2020 just so I didn't have to go to a public sauna and experience other people's droplets. Have used almost every night. It is detoxifying and relaxing. The foot pad is kind of hot so I only use the tent. It has helped me lose weight, sleep, and relax. The purple color with the stars is a hit.

Was so excited to get the sauna. Had to wipe down all the cloth surfaces to help remove the chemical smell prior to use. Put the chair in the tub and scrubbed it with soap and water to remove the smell. Finally was able to use it. I loved the sweat. Made me feel like I was sweating out toxins. Used a few times and noticed my skin had turned like crepe really drastically. Did some research on the far infrared and found that it penetrates deep into the skin to heat the body rather than ambient heat causing the body temperature to rise to create sweat. Packed it up and returned it.

Get up to 140, it says. Not hot enough for therapy. The rods that hold it up are a pain. Have to use in the kitchen because it’s bigger than it looks.

I’m 5”11 and it’s not comfortable to sit for long. Cleaning smell from it is kind of a downer. It does work well but the comfort just isn’t what I hoped
