I put melatonin oil in it if I use it during the evening & eucalyptus oil for the mornings. I just received this today and I set it up as described.. i just don’t know why it says turn on the machine before adding water tho but I did lol After using it, there was a scant puddle of water so I placed a beach towel in there… you may want to get a hand towel to wipe off your seat because you will be drenched. I wish I would have purchased the one with the hood and arms so I could breathe. I wanted to get in my phone but I was nervous that it would get heat and water damage. I am a little concerned about the drying process and wondering will ot mold but I left the door open so it can dry This is a must buy product ... show more

Works great. Holds the steam inside. Great heat level when run at top 3 highest settings. Wish the hose from steamer to flexible room was longer - and sometimes the hose does separate from either the steamer or flexible room while running and you have to get out of sauna to reattach

What a great purchase!! Besides the mothball smell when you originally open the "tent" I call it, it's a fantastic product. Heats quickly (careful of steam burns) and fits perfectly well in my dining room! Seals well, not much room for me at 6', but enough, and stays hot too! Would recommend to anyone! ... show more

My 2nd sauna. The first was the "TOREAD Portable Folding Steam Sauna with 1000W&2L steam Generator." I'm 73" tall and this one is much more spacious than the other one. I don't have to be squatted over, the chair is taller and comfortable to my frame, enclosed top, more leg room, 1500 watt steamer (I think the add says 1600, the manual says 1500) vs. 1000 watts in the other one. I had the 1st one only a couple months and the price to upgrade was well worth it since I've been using them pretty much daily after my walks. The media could not be loaded. I’m sure there is a fix for the lid but as it is currently there is a lot water and steam that escapes the pot. I didn’t not overfill and I did lock the lid in place, it just simply did not seal well. If we can get that resolved this is easily a 5 star product.
