I bought this because I thought it would be more comfortable and less restrictive than the sauna blanket. It’s ok but I don’t think it heats different areas of the body evenly. The foot piece gets incredibly hot while the salsa barley heat. Did not sweat like I do in a sauna blanket. I followed the manual to work it. Not sure if I got a defective one or if this is who it works. On a positive not it does go up easily and can be taken down easily. The material quality and the stool it comes with seem to be good quality material.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review so I’d have enough time to use the product and make sure there were no defects or issues. I was considering joining my local gym for the sole purpose of using the sauna, MAN...am I glad I chose this product instead.💜 For size reference I’m 5’3 and I’ve included a picture of how I look sitting inside of the sauna using the chair that is included with it. I was sweating profusely after sitting in it for 15 min at 140 degrees. I was able to stay in for the full hour without feeling overheated. The temperature also adjust to maintain the temperature you select. I have back issues and joint pain, my old ass body feels so good after sitting in what my boyfriend affectionately refers to as my “iron lung”. The only thing that would make this product perfect for me is if the chair had armrest. My boyfriend, who is 5’11 wanted to give it a try and he fell in love with it too. He’s able to sit comfortably in the chair that came with it. The product comes with a footpad that I have not used since my initial use because it gets my feet uncomfortably hot. My boyfriend didn’t use the footpad after the first time either. It serves a better purpose for catching sweat and being easier to clean off than the foam pad that is on the bottom of the sauna. It’s easy to fold down and put away, it’s extremely easy to clean, it’s lightweight and easy to move around, and initial set up after taking it out of the box was a breeze. I love this product so much that I suggested it to a friend of mine, she bought her own and loves hers just as much. I would prefer to have a hot tub, but since that’s just not an option for me this is the next best thing.

I have had this sauna for a few months now and try to use it every morning for about 20 minutes, Monday through Friday. I SWEAT! It is a great way to start my day. I don’t use the foot heating pad the whole time because that thing gets hot, but I put it on for about half the time I’m in there. The controls are easy to reach from the zip down arm pocket. The heat doesn’t escape either when I unzip it. I normally keep one hand in, one out to hold my phone. I just zip it up to my wrist and I’m good to go! I think everyone can find their perfect temp and time in the sauna, for me it’s 20 minutes at about 120.

I really like this and I’m glad I purchased it. Others said it felt too small. I’m 5’7” and 165 lbs and I fit in here just fine. I don’t sit all the way back on the chair, I sit up straight, which is fine because my neck is somewhat supported by the top hole. I put a towel on the chair to catch sweat and a small hand towel folded on the foot pad so I don’t burn my feet.

Since the pandemic I haven’t gone to the gym and mostly missed the sauna. This is a great personal sauna with easy set up and love the color! It initially had a strong fumed smell but after a couple uses the smell subsided. I get a great sweat after each use. The only thing is I have to figure out how to rest my head, possibly with a pillow so it doesn’t ache after use—I am 5’2” with a short neck. Lots of space for my body inside though. And definitely recommend to use a towel over the chair and on top of the foot mat to absorb sweat and less cleanup afterwards. A towel around the neck helps to retain heat inside the tent too. Also, great customer service from seller! I received a defective chair and contacted seller. Seller was quick to respond and sent me a new chair in the mail.

I’m giving this product a 2 for lots of reasons. The first is where are the instructions. The little pamphlet that comes with it doesn’t tell you much at all like what to do with the polls on the inside and how to heat the thing up before you get in. I think I finally figured it out. Hopefully. Other thing is the foot pad should come with a warming telling you have something on your feet. It gets super hot and I mean hot. Lastly it takes forever to get to the max temp. I sat in it for almost one hour and it didn’t reach the Max temp until 45 minutes in. I had to get my husband to take a light blanket and place it around the unit to keep all the heat in. The heat escapes from around the neck area. Once I covered all of that it went to the max. The chair is soooo uncomfortable. If you have any height on you your going to suffer after a few minutes. I wrapped a pillow in plastic and put it to my back for comfort and support. I had to take a break after 30 minutes to give my knees a break because I felt smushed. This unit could stand to be a little taller and a preheat setting. You have to turn it on, zip it up and let it get hot first but that ticks the time down. If you want all of your time you will have to reset it once you get in. I did finally get a good sweat and the temp was comfortable. I like I can stick my hands out to wipe my face or check the timer. I’m going to keep it and keep working with it. I plan to wrap a towel around my neck before I get in it so when it’s zipped no heat can escape. I going to heat it for 5 minutes and then get in so I don’t sit there so long waiting on it to get warm. It is not a bad product it just needs a lot of adjustments especially for comfort.
