We recently downsized and moved to a much smaller house. Unfortunately, there is no room for the 2-person, Cedar sauna we owned, so we gave it away. My wife has Fibromyalgia and I suffer from severe Neuropathy in my extremities. It was suggested that we could both benefit from removal of inflammation and the toxins that may be contributing to our pain. Upon arrival of the unit, it was observed that almost no assembly was required. It took about 15 minutes for the unit to reach 135 degrees F. I ordered the Oversized Sauna because I am a 6-foot, 250 lb. man. The included folding chair is rated for 300 lbs. and somewhat comfortably accommodates me. There is plenty of leg room and shoulder room. The unit holds temperature very well when all openings are closed and the four separate far-infrared heating panels provide intense heat throughout the 30-minute cycle I set it for. There is also a heating pad at your feet but I find it too hot for my neuropathy. So far I am very impressed with this relatively inexpensive infrared sauna. The wife and I can’t use it simultaneously but for less that 10% of what we paid for our cedar sauna, it is an impressive accomplishment.

Since the pandemic I haven’t gone to the gym and mostly missed the sauna. This is a great personal sauna with easy set up and love the color! It initially had a strong fumed smell but after a couple uses the smell subsided. I get a great sweat after each use. The only thing is I have to figure out how to rest my head, possibly with a pillow so it doesn’t ache after use—I am 5’2” with a short neck. Lots of space for my body inside though. And definitely recommend to use a towel over the chair and on top of the foot mat to absorb sweat and less cleanup afterwards. A towel around the neck helps to retain heat inside the tent too. Also, great customer service from seller! I received a defective chair and contacted seller. Seller was quick to respond and sent me a new chair in the mail.

Was concerned originally because carton was torn and appeared to be possibly used and not well packaged. All parts were there however and unit opened easily and heated quickly in 5min. . Appears to be working properly, if not, hopefully the problems will be evident before the 30-day return policy expires. Will update if problems exist...

This was perfect and just what I needed. I like that the product is very easy to assemble and light weight. The chair wasn't in the box with the sauna but I contacted the seller immediately, they gave me a very warm apology and 2 days later I received the chair. I really appreciate them for acting so quickly. The chair is similar to a folding lawn sports chair but not as big. You can replace it for a bigger chair if that is your preference but it worked well for me, I am 230lbs and 5'8". The sauna heats up really to 140 degrees and the footplate can be very hot as well but you can adjust the temperature on that to be lower than the sauna temperature. The timer goes up to 60 minutes. I normally place a towel in the chair so the metal on the chair doesn't burn me. Once I am in I just relax and enjoy my quiet time while I sweat out those toxins. There are zippers to put your hands through if you want to read or be on your phone and a pocket for the remote. I am pleased with this product and happy I invested in it.

Just got my unit today. I was so excited to try it! Setup was super easy. The heat was great! The only thing is that this sauna is not for tall girl, I’m 5’10 and my first experience was very uncomfortable. I had to bend my back all the time in order to fit inside, and then I was even trying to sit without a chair on the floor of course with my head inside the sauna. Very very small unit, almost no space at all. Also if they would do double zipper from the bottom so you can stick your feet outside sometimes, that would be a great additional future, or make some pockets for your legs to stretch them out a bit.

I normally can't do saunas because I feel like I can't breathe. This is great because my face stays out of the heat. I recommend turning it on and letting it warm up then using it. It's great for detoxing your body. I don't like the chair that comes with it. It digs into my legs. It's like a kids lawn chair. I put my lawn chair in and it fits. It's more comfortable. I'd recommend this product.
