Upon us purchasing the product itself, we hadn't had time to fully install it but we received an Amazon message asking if we like the product and if everything was going okay just as a follow-up customer service message. The media could not be loaded. Installation process of the lock was very easy and simple, same thing goes for the set up. At first we were having problems with the battery life, but we reached out to the lock tech support team and we spoke to Tara and she was able to help us out. This door handle is great when it comes to easy use with a code/finger print, but we have had to replace the batteries in it every two weeks. Customer support was great with getting us a new lock and ensuring it works properly.
