Installation was easy but it seems some features don’t work. The key pad is hard to use and after saving my finger print it would not recognize it. Not worth the price tag. It is nice looking as well tho.

Soild price to quality. The inside piece is a bit bulkier than I'd like. Outside keypad is nice, slim. Slight angle for fingerprint is nice, but find if works 7out of 10 times accurately. The pin pad itself is better than others I've tried and registers the taps very quickly. (Must be at least a 6 digit code, wish you could have 4 digits) I can't rate the remote features as is not my purpose for it. Bought 2 and works well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Comes with lot of options. You can control it via key, keypad, keycard, fingerprint, app, Alexa - tons of options. Well made on top of it. Customer service is awesome as well, highly professional and very responsive. Definitely recommend this lock!

I did have some issues with the installation but the customer service team was able to help me. They even offered to FaceTime me while I fixed the issue. I got everything sorted out and love how simple it is to add fingerprints and adjust the settings.

Cannot tell remotely if locked. Almost always shows locked when not. Press the lock key on the keypad and the app doesn't register a locking event. Using the physical key does not register a lock or unlock. So no way to be sure from the the app that the door is locked. Horrible if you are monitoring from away. Will not remember a temporary code for more than a day. Tried this many times with codes scheduled to last more than a month. Works right after programming, but the next DAY the code does not work. Deleting codes is tedious and if not done right you can never delete it. CANNOT RELY ON THIS LOCK. Since it's past return this is going in the trash. ... show more
