Do not buy this item it does not work with the app and you cannot find any directions or support to help you get it. Configured works fine manually but not with the smart app. I even have the hook that goes with it and it does not work. You cannot get support for it.

    • Many options to unlock
The lock works and I love that there are so many ways to unlock the door. We have it on our lake cottage and gave the key cards to close friends in case they need in. We kept the keys in case it doesn't work right at some point. I love being able to lock the door from bed or unlock when a guest comes without having to stop what I'm doing and go to the door. I did think I would be able to unlock it from home and set a one time code from home but you have to be there for it to connect to Bluetooth but I can always send my code and change it when im back if need be. I think having the option to connect via wifi would be better but this will do for now. It looks sleek and was easy to install. I did need to go on the app and switch the door so that it said unlock and lock for the appropriate action but once I figured that out it was no big deal. ... show more

I’ve just installed this door lock on my front door and it works great. The lock is powered by replaceable batteries, which makes maintenance very easy. Installation was straightforward in my case I only needed to slightly enlarge the hole with a drill and it fit perfectly. Overall, I think it’s a good price for these features. ... show more

The installation wasn’t too hard. It can be kind of annoying sometimes because the numbers are very sensitive so if you’re not right on the number it won’t unlock. But it has been very easy to use. Connectivity is good. Quality I would say is pretty good. Weight isn’t heavy at all.

I think this was very misleading when it mentions you can have remote access to the product. Like many, I was hoping to connwct this device over wifi not Bluetooth. Defeats the whole purpose for the remote feature if I have to be a couple of feet away.
