August 16 2025 Update: it stopped working almost 4 months later. Completely dead. I can only use it with the manual key. No way of contacting the seller for support either. Junk item in the end. April 20 2025: It works. You have to Swipe up in the app to find additional settings. Took me a while to find the password and fob adding section. Lock works as designed. No issues so far. Works great with other products I have on the Smart Life app ... show more

I have sent email to the company and got no response. They sent what could be the lock but it doesn't look like the picture. Also there was no FOB or IC Keys. Because I was moving, I missed the return deadline. However, contacting the company should have resolved it, but there is no response. I am very frustrated at this point to have received something other than what I ordered. It is also supposed to work with an app but nothing. Tonight, on top of it, we opened the box and installed it and it DOESN'T work. I do not recommend this company or their products ... show more
