Product hard to program and only allowed one fingerprint per person. Plus the lock worked sometimes and other times it would says lock open but didn’t unlock. Product needs work.

This lock face has a clean, modern look. The key hole is concealed for an even cleaner look. Once it is set up, the physical keys, fobs, codes, and fingerprints all work flawlessly. I like the one-touch lock feature from the outside (a different smart lock that we have does not have that feature). It's nice that it fits on my door despite the large glass panel that makes up most of the door. I read in the product description that this lock runs on the Tuya app (which I use for a few other smart products in my home), and that it can be controlled using the app anywhere anytime. This is NOT true. This lock is Bluetooth only, not WiFi. My phone (with Tuya app) needs to be within a few feet of the lock in order to change codes, etc. This is my third smart lock for an exterior door to my home. The other two can be controlled via WiFi from anywhere with (hub). I'm using this one on my pool bath door, so it's fine that I can just set it and forget it. It is priced reasonably due to being feature-packed, but limited by Bluetooth. Overall it gets 4 stars due to the misleading description and the fact that I had to reset the lock twice before all of its features would function correctly for me.
