  • Beautiful sauna and great service!
Color: Luxury Indoor Sauna 2 Person (Low EMF/App)
Sauna came as advertised and looks great! Had a tough time deciding on one but this sauna looks great and has a more pleasing look to me over many of the other brands due to the lighter colored wood and the full glass doors. 2 people fit comfortably side by side with plenty of room. Everything came well packed and on time and more time was spend actually picking up the cardboard and packing material then putting the sauna together. After assembly everything has worked very well. Bluetooth has clear audio. All the lights worked. Heats up well and I am drenched in sweat by the time it reaches 130. Haven't had it up to max temp yet because we haven't needed to. The seller was communicating from the beginning letting me know they would handle any issue with shipping damage or anything like that but we had no issues. For the price, modern look, and the higher heat ability of this sauna vs many others I dont know how you could beat it! Just FYI it came in 4 boxes weighing around 80 lbs each. Me and my gf were able to unbox each piece down stairs and assemble the sauna upstairs without issue. ... show more

  • Pretty decent, some flaws/issues, but would buy again.
Color: Luxury Indoor Sauna 2 Person (Low EMF/App)
The media could not be loaded. I decided to write a review for this sauna because I know there are probably a bunch of people out there like me scouring through every freaking sauna on the internet and amazon trying to make a decision and losing their freaking minds! First I’ll give my review of this particular sauna that I ordered (2 person low EMF 2 glass doors), and then I’ll give my general advice based on my experience buying a sauna to help anyone out who is trying to decide. Sauna Review: Seller - Seller is fantastic, great communication when I had questions. If the 10 year warranty mentioned in the description is something the seller commits to, I don’t see why you would buy any other sauna on Amazon as these things are obviously mass produced and the cheapest you can get, why not go with the seller who has the best warranty on Amazon? With that said, the sauna’s manual says 1 year warranty. I’m guessing(and hoping) that is the manufacturer warranty and the 10 year warranty is the sellers warranty. Figured that is worth mentioning. Delivery - Delivery was great. I live in the middle of nowhere with a long rocky driveway so the truck couldn’t come all the way in but I was able to get the boxes into my house with a dolly no problem. Delivery driver even offered to let me use his dolly and was very kind. Delivery was quick too in my experience, the estimated dates given by Amazon were much farther out and it ended up arriving a lot sooner. The delivery company that reaches out to you and handles delivery seems to be pretty good so nothing to worry about there. Unboxing/Assembly - Unboxing all the pieces is the hardest part and you should 100% have two people, but I did it myself no problem. Follow the directions which are in the roof part where the power cord is stored. The pieces are very heavy, and if you are doing it alone you 100% need to have a wall behind the floor piece that you can rest the back piece on. You can always slide it where you want it later, carefully!, but you’ll never get it together alone without a wall for support. Technical Stuff - The tech interface inside the sauna has surprised me so far and surpassed my expectations. There have been a few weird “glitch” moments where I have had to turn the sauna off and back on because it was stuck beeping at me or something weird, but this has only happened a few times. The manual has clear instructions on how to control everything and while I’m not a fan of stuff like “press once for FM radio, long press for AUX”, it isn’t too complicated. Functionality aside, it looks pretty slick! -Temperature/Warm Up Time I usually set the temp at 130 F, 135 F max. The temperature seems to hover around 125 F, or about 5 degrees below whatever it is set to. And this isn’t an issue for me. I don’t really pay attention to warm up time, but I’d guess it only takes about 15 minutes. Personal/Health Stuff - I love it. I am a business owner operating a e-commerce business from my home and the business has pretty much taken up the majority of the space in my house. This sauna forced me to clear out a designated space for ME that isn’t the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom (necessities). I love having a space to just sit and do nothing without feeling guilty because I know it’s improving my health. As someone with ADHD, temperature changes can be really off putting and for this reason I have always hated getting into the shower every morning. But, getting in the sauna after breakfast until I am dripping sweat makes getting in the shower enjoyable. I originally purchased the sauna to help with sleep, which it really hasn’t to be honest but I also have other bad habits likely interfering with my sleep like using screens before bed. It might also just take time. End of day sauna sessions have also been a fantastic change in my routine as I usually feel pretty down when the day is winding down and being able to get in the sauna and just relax is just so great. Modifications/Accessories I’ve Added Thus Far: #1 - Ozone generator. A must to keep things smelling fresh. #2 - Backrests. Also a must, you are going to have a bad time if you lean on the thin wood slats covering the heating elements. Inevitable that you get burned. #3 - Towels. Lots of towels. You need to place a towel over the heating element on the floor to keep sweat off of it and to protect your feet from getting burned. You also want enough towels to have them ready if you plan on using sauna daily. #4 - Sauna Hat. Helps keep sweat off your face and keeps you from constantly wiping your face with a towel. #5 - Towel hooks. Can get them cheap on amazon, make sure you drill holes before trying to screw anything in to the walls. The wood will crack and chip like crazy if you don’t. I added 4 hooks inside for small hand towels/sauna hats and 4 near the top on the outside on one of the sides for the larger towels I use to cover the bench, floor, and back rests. #6 - Shelves. Added two small 4x4 floating shelves on either side for phones/cups/etc. #7 - Adhesive rotating phone holders on each door. Very cheap on amazon. These are nice if you want to sit sideways and watch stuff on phone or for when you have two people inside so each can watch their own thing. #8 - Sunlamp. If you are like me and don’t get enough sunlight, what better place to have your sunlamp than the sauna in the mornings. I always forget to use it so having it in the sauna ensures I use it. Get a USB powered one and you're good to go. #9 - MOST IMPORTANT, outdoor bench cushion. Absolute must, the wood bench is so uncomfortable! I believe the dimensions for the 2 person bench is 43” L x 17” W, I drilled holes in the bench to secure my cushion (most cushions have straps for securing) but if you don’t want to go through all of that just buy a cushion with a nonslip bottom. Use towels over the cushion to keep it from getting nasty. #10 - Probably going to put 1/4 inch wood panels over the heating panels at head level because I think it’s messing with sensitive skin on my face. ISSUES/Potential Annoyances - ISSUE #1 - The floor has these small thin pieces of wood on each side that seem to have been sloppily nailed into the floor with a nail gun. These create a “slot” for the sides and the front and back panels to sit inside of. Two of these were completely separated from the floor, looked like they got knocked off in shipping because they weren’t nailed in very well to start with. I ended up pulling out the original nails and used my own to secure them back into the floor using the old nail holes as guides. I kind of wonder if I got them exactly right because of another issue with the doors and overall stability of this thing which I’ll get to next. ISSUE #2 - The doors are not even. The right door on my sauna is too high and scrapes the roof just enough to annoy me. I decided to just try and ignore it after trying everything to adjust the glass on the hinges. Along with the hinges being higher on the right side than the left side, this is also likely caused by the overall lack of structural integrity. ISSUE #3 - Lack of structural integrity. The two side pieces literally just hang on the back piece which has pegs sticking out of it that catch inside of holes on the side pieces and get locked in when the side pieces are set down in the “slot” in the floor piece. Since you only have two glass doors in the front and no real connecting structure between the sides in the front, the sides have a decent amount of play in them. They will creak and shift a little bit if you lean up against them inside the sauna. I can kind of “warp” the whole sauna by pressing on one side and get my doors to even out, but it always warps back to being uneven. Trying to just ignore it, it is purely cosmetic. Doesn’t affect the functionality of the sauna at all. ISSUE #4 - One of the speaker covers came with a huge dent in it. Again, purely cosmetic and I could probably fix it if I wanted to spend time figuring out how to remove the speaker. I’ll probably just keep ignoring it. ISSUE #5 - One of the reading lights is lose in the ceiling, if you touch it to adjust the angle it will slide around in the oversized hole someone must have made too big for its purpose. You can’t tell just by looking at it, and I don’t really use these lights but I imagine this would be kind of annoying if I did. Another issue with these lights is that the lose one can be adjusted to point left or right, while the other reading light adjusts to point forward or back. Why would anyone want to shine the light out the front door? Perhaps these can be tightened/adjusted from the top somehow, I haven’t cared enough to try. Potential Annoyance #1 - I don’t think the temperature ever really gets to the temperature I set it at.. but I don’t really care. Say I set it to 130, it’s going to probably hover around 125. I don’t really care cause I can just turn it up, and I never use the highest setting. But if you care you can always just push the thermometer thing in the ceiling up a little bit, I’ve seen others say this fixes the issue. Potential Annoyance #2 - No towel hooks. No shelf for phone/drink/etc. Potential Annoyance #3 - The dang heat in your face! If you sit on the bench sideways, your face is right next to the heating panel and I’m not sure if I just have sensitive skin around my eyes on my face but I have very darkened skin all around my eyes and on my nose since I began using this sauna. I am going to put some 1/4 inch thick wood panels over the heating panels where my head usually is to see if it helps. Potential Annoyance #4 - The dang heat on your feet! I don’t see how you can use this thing without putting a towel down over the heating panel on the floor. First of all, it’s stupid in my opinion to have this heating panel completely exposed as people are going to be sweating all over it. But I guess if putting wood over it would make it useless I get it. I throw a towel over it but I guess it’d just be nice to not worry about stepping on the heating panel even if it’s through a towel. Potential Annoyance #5 - No information included about the benefits of each color of light. Would be nice to have that info available, though I’m not even sure if the whole color therapy thing is legit. Still would be nice! In short, here is my sauna shopping advice: - Do not buy a single person sauna unless you are limited by space/money. I bought the 2 person version and while I’m not uncomfortable or anything, I still wish it was bigger. - A lot of these saunas either have no ozone generator in them or they have that weird looking silver one that seems to be used in a lot of these saunas. First point here - you NEED one of these. Without it, your sauna is going to smell terrible. Second point - if the sauna you want does not have one, do not let that be a deciding factor. There are quality ones available for like $20 or less and you can find ones that are battery, USB, and/or AV outlet powered so running them in your sauna won’t be a hassle. It might actually be better to get a sauna without the silver one so you can buy a good one because many reviews say the silver one doesn’t last. Third point - Know how to use it. I saw sellers advertising it used while the sauna is being used and that’s wrong. You should only turn it on after your sauna session and then vent the sauna for 20 minutes before using it again. Breathing ozone particles can cause cancer. Personally, I found a nice one that plugs into the wall and simply drilled a hole for the cord in the roof of my sauna near the back and hung it on the wall inside. I think the easiest and most convenient option would be getting a sauna with a USB port inside and then using a USB hub to give you extra USB ports to run a USB ozone generator so you don’t have to drill holes for a power cord or replace batteries. - Keep necessary accessories in mind when thinking of your budget. You are going to want a cushion for the bench, as previously stated you need a ozone generator, are you going to need some extra towels? Are you going to want to add some towel hooks/shelves? Definitely going to want backrests. - Don’t over think warm up times/max temperature. The hottest setting I ever use is 135 degrees F. I don’t think anyone needs anything hotter than this, and the people who talk about regular saunas hitting 200+ degrees F and imply infrared should reach the same temperature for benefits, these people don’t know what they are talking about. These are two different types of heat and infrared is actually showing to be more effective at lower temperatures. As far as warm up time, I saw reviews across different saunas on amazon with people complaining about saunas taking an hour to warm up etc. Unless there are tons of reviews saying that, I wouldn’t pay it much attention. Also consider that it is actually better for you to turn it on right when you get in and allow your body to warm up with the sauna rather than get in a preheated sauna and shock your body with the change in temperature. I’d guess this sauna warms up in about 15 minutes, so if you are dead set on having it blazing hot when you get in and want it warming up quickly, I’d assume most of these amazon saunas would warm up in 15-30 min. - Last but not least, if you are like me and you are stuck trying to decide between the sauna that is less than your budget and the sauna you really like that is a little over budget, just spend the extra money. Now. Just do it. This is the best thing I have bought for myself, possibly ever. Just do it. ... show more

Great sauna! It takes about 15-20 min to heat up. Once it's at the desired temperature, it's amazing! When we received the shipment, the box containing the glass doors was damaged & the glass was shattered. I had no problem contacting the company. They were very easy to work with, and sent out a new box. (It did take about 10 days to arrive) The sauna was easy to assemble. It did take two people to lift and hold but nothing too strenuous. Instructions for putting it together could have been better but we found a video online and that was super helpful. ... show more

  • Everything we hoped for
Color: Red Cedar 2-3 Person sauna
Our sauna came in perfect shape with no dings or dents. It heats quickly and it’s everything we hoped for. When heated, the wood smells delicious. Bluetooth works great and speakers put out good sound! It arrives in three flat boxes on a pallet. We found the easiest way to put this thing together is to transport each part to the room where we built it. It requires no screws or tools… The parts slipped together easily, but take at least two strong people to do it. We found that if you plug it in first before you move the base into the corner you mean to keep it, it works best. We built it and then tried to move it to the corner and caused some of the walls to come apart because we had not pinned the door in place. Our only disappointment was continual notification of delays in shipping. ... show more
