I ordered two of these. The button broke on one, making it to where it could only be turned off by unplugging it, and it overheated in my child's room overnight, melting part of her bedside table. I returned it, and was assured that it would not happen with the second one. A few weeks later we tried the second unit out, and it immediately had the same defeat. Bonito, práctico, Pero el inconveniente q encontré es q solo tiene 2 niveles de calentar, y para un cuarto pequeño, calienta bastante, nesesito estar prendiendo y apagando ..sería mejor si le pusieran ajuste. So I bought this heater and it worked well for a while. What happens is that when it gets hot the button doesn't work and it won't turn on. so I asked for a new one and they did send me a new one. I had to go and return the old one. not a week goes by and the second one does the same thing. SMH so they say they'll take it back and give me a full refund. But now I have to spend my gas and time and go out of my way to return the second one! and the full refund went down. Never again with this company. MG ... show more
