If you are looking for One Incredible Body pillow to blow your socks off, look no further..this is the one!! I can not say enough great things about this pillow. I've included pictures for your viewing pleasure..and hopefully my video in an update, as Amazon does not allow for video uploads from my phone. So let me start: 1) Packaging for this product was substantial, secure, compact and clean. Which is important to me, so as it does not appear as though it was dragged through a warehouse. 2) When opening this packaging, it was simple, easy and without issue. Just scissors and hands. 3) Upon completion of opening this Snuggle-Pedic body pillow, it was compressed as expected and took a few minutes to somewhat "plump" up. As stated on the packaging and description on Amazon, you can put it into the dryer for 20 minutes and it will "Fluff" right up and help to remove any smell that might be lingering. It is substantially heavier in weight than my previous body pillow from Bed, Bath and Beyond, but no so much so that it my tender muscles, fibro issues and autoimmune massive pain can't handle. I don't mind it being more substantial, as the increased support, give and return and comfiness make up for that. 4) As others have stated, it does have a slight smell, but to be fair, I have a nose like a blood hound and nothing gets past me in smell. With that being said both my Husband and myself had to put our noses directly on the pillow to smell the slight odor. To us, when we stuck our noses to it, it smelled like fresh paint. It was not overwhelming, or caused me to get a headache or migraine. As I have chronic migraines and most anything can set me off. This however, did not. I am as sensitive as they come to smells and changes, and did not notice the extreme odor that some others complain of. 5) After completing the 20 minute cycle in the dryer, not only did the Snuggle-Pedic pillow FULLY "plump" up but when putting our noses back up to the pillow for inspection of odor, it was nearly completely gone. Let me repeat, I am sensitive to smells and we could not smell it without having to put our noses directly on the pillow. 6) Without a cover on this Snuggle~Pedic Bamboo Pillow, it is super soft, appears clean and well made. It has the appropriate give and return that is as described and as I expected. 7) Laying, leaning or sleeping with this Snuggle-Pedic Bamboo pillow is magnificent!! I have fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease both of which cause massive wide spread constant pain. With this pillow, in just one use, it gave me great support, stability, and comfort. Something I did not have with my previous body pillow as pictured here. I felt better when waking up, sitting up and slept better having used it. I like the support it gives your neck and back while sitting or laying on it. I think the support it gives you while laying down and literally "Snuggling" it is exceptional. Gives my hips relief from pain. 8) It is completely washable which is something I look for in fabric products, as much as possible. (I am a germaphobe, our Son has asthma and we all have year round allergies). [Yes I know, not too clean as to kill the good germs, just like to keep things clean.] 9) After my Husband/BFF put my plush body pillow cover on it (and it had been through the 20 minute dryer cycle) I could no longer smell any odor as once before. (As being as sensitive to odors as I am, I think some of the complaints on here are unsubstantiated and exaggerated, I can do get migraines (chronic migraines) from the slightest odor, but with this item, I did not. Some individuals are just never happy, satisfied and always want to complain about something). Find your daily sliver lining people!! What you think about, you bring about 💚. 10) It has a 20 year warranty!! Really, what more could you ask for?! That is more warranty than most mattresses come with these days. I hope that my review, pictures and video (coming soon) help anyone looking to purchase an incredible life long body pillow, just as I was. My love for this body pillow needed time to grow and now I can’t see sleeping without it. I have neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, ankle pain, you-name-it pain! While it isn’t magic, this body pillow has done a lot to help me sleep through the night and wake up much less achy than I normally would. As I said, it took me a little time to decide if this pillow was the one for me. It is both soft and supportive. The less yield their shredded memory foam has as opposed to regular fluff in a pillow was what I had to adjust to because it is very different from the traditional fill pillow I’d been using. But I knew I needed more support so I kept trying it. I also wanted to decide if the amount of filling was to my liking. And this is one of the BEST PARTS of this company! They will allow you to ship your pillow to them (Snuggle-Pedic. Not Amazon) and have the filling adjusted to your liking FOR FREE! After I had ordered my pillow they immediately got in touch with me to let me know of this service, give me some great pointers on how to care for it right out of the box, and to overall make sure I was happy with everything. I decided I didn’t need any adjustments but am happy to know it’s an option. Another deciding factor going into my order is that the work they are doing to make products in a way that is ethical and kinder to the environment. And as for memory foam goes, it truly doesn’t have a harsh gas off period like so many. I’m particularly sensitive to these things and wasn’t bothered. Very slight odor for several days but I imagine many people may not even notice it. I was quite impressed. Last few comments here: I love that I can bend it around a bit to adjust to my body as a side sleeper. Only drawback is it is fairly heavy so you won’t be bringing it with you easily if you turn over in the night. I knew that going in so it’s no big deal to me. Oh and for coolness- relative to other similar types of filling (or even my old traditional type) it’s a bit cooler. Does it stay super cool all night? Of course not. Everything on the market is going to be affected by having a body wrapped around it. Again, this one does manage to not get overly hot PLUS it doesn’t seem to hold on to heat much at all. Really nice aspect to it. Ok here’s the TL;DR Body pillow is adjustable in many ways (including by the company, Snuggle-Pedic, at no charge). May take a little getting used to but it’s worth it. Very low odor that dissipates quickly. Absolutely has helped with my sleep and pain. Great company and customer service!

I both love and hate this pillow at the same time. It is a big, beefy pillow. Which is great while you are snuggled up asleep on it. It isn't so great when you are trying to roll over and switch sides and trying to wrangle this behemoth of a pillow to the other side of you in the bed and not wake your sleeping partner. It also isn't convenient to store when not in use or when I am just trying to read in bed at night. Oh well. I am still using this thing. It smells funky out of the bag and takes a bit to fluff up, but temporary issues that alleviate within a day.

I cannot sleep without a body pillow ever since my first pregnancy, and now that I am older with back pains. It’s really soft—like noticeably softer than a regular pillow—but not in a flimsy “it disappears when you lean on it” way. It’s not that dense memory foam vibe either. It kind of sits in this in-between spot where you sink into it a bit, but it still holds you up enough that your legs and shoulders don’t feel awkward. The cover is also surprisingly nice. Smooth, kind of cool to the touch, and it doesn’t get scratchy or weird after a few nights like some cheaper ones do. It also doesn’t sleep hot, which I didn’t expect for something this big. I usually end up kicking pillows away overnight, but this one doesn’t get gross or sweaty-feeling even when I’m fully wrapped around it. Only real downside is it’s huge. Like, it will absolutely take over half your bed but that's a plus, not a negative for me at least. Overall it’s just easy to sleep with. Soft, comfortable, and it actually stays supportive instead of going flat halfway through the night.

I bought this body pillow in 2022 and it is now 2026 and I still give it 5 stars. I have recommended it to multiple people. This is a great pillow and is still fluffy and holding the same shape just like when it was brand new. Perfect pillow for my queen sized bed.

Needed a body pillow to improve my sleep. Especially something to keep cool, or at least not to add heat. The product description sounded just right....but what was delivered did not match. The product pictures say that it comes with a Kool Flow Pillow Cover...Not true, there was no pillow cover. The pillow has a slightly rough exterior which is not skin comfortable and it actually makes you hotter. It has no zipper, so instead of washing a pillow cover when needed, you have to wash the whole pillow. There is a pillow case that you can buy, for an additional $30. This makes it way overpriced for what you get. I asked the website AI for the supplier tel, I got the wrong number. I went to the supplier website, only messaging was available and it did not work. Finally I went through the AMZ returns and sent feedback to the supplier. Supplier responded that the pillow does not come with a cover and I pointed out that their product photo description says otherwise....still waiting. Pillow is heavy and it holds its shape. I want to like it, but frankly without a pillow case it cannot be used - too rough too hot. Maybe with the additional purchase, but not sure if it is worth it. Will update if I get a response from the supplier.

I've had this body pillow for almost 2 months. When you first fluff it up (you will need to per instructions) and lay down with it, you think this is the most amazing body pillow you have ever used. Then, after a few nights, you realize, maybe it's a little too full, but not very much too full, like perhaps my arms are not supposed to be that spread apart when I'm sleeping, and maybe my hips aren't made to be that far out either (sometimes it gives me pain instead of helping), that shouldn't happen (I'm 5'2") so I am shorter than average. For example, one of the nice things about shredded memory foam is the ability to make it mold how you want it by scrunching the pillow around (I have a shredded memory foam pillow for my head which is not over-filled and this is how that works). This is so full, you can't really make one area more full and one area less full - such as by your arms or face if you don't want it as full as by your legs. I called and talked to someone at the company because I was considering sending it back to have a small amount of the filling removed. It was a huge waste of time because the only thing they tell you (not a lot of options like some other reviewer stated, or maybe I just got a lame customer service person on the phone) is to estimate the % of foam you want to be removed from the pillow when you send it back, like 10 or 25%. Hmmmm, I have no idea, maybe 3 handfuls would make it perfect. I just want to be able to squish the area by my face down a little more - what % would that be? Maybe it would be 5, or maybe 10, or maybe 15 or 20? Heaven only knows, not me! I'm not in the market to send this back and forth repeatedly to California to get some removed, sleep on it to see if it's better, send it back and adjusted, sleep on it for a while, send it back - etc. for who knows how many times. I bought a body pillow because I NEED a body pillow. What, should I buy another while it's mailing back and forth to California and they dingle around with it because they can't do what I asked (see below)? I did ask, could they just put in a zipper so I could adjust it the way I want it myself? They DO make pillows exactly like this where the customer can remove or replace foam as needed, just not body pillows. They said NO. Seems really reasonable to me, actually, a no-brainer and it would save a lot of money and time in shipping. So, I'm living with it the way it is, even though it could be better, my arms are too high, but I'm trying to look at it as they are over supported. If I decide I can't live with it, I'll just buy their bamboo cover that has ... wait for it ... a ZIPPER ... cut this one open, and transfer the foam and make it all customizable by myself. It really shouldn't be that difficult when they say they offer unlimited customization - it's not unlimited.
