Not a perfect machine, but very functional, it has made slush out of everything I've poured in, soft serve level thickness doesn't dispense really well. It's a bit more noise than I expected, but it's a very small footprint. I was a bit concerned about capacity, but for 2-4 people it's just fine, and really it's adorably small. At 130$ I feel this is a solid value, easy to use, easy to clean, compact storage, and really whatever flavor you want to spin.

The media could not be loaded. Wow! What a nice machine. It appears well made and a decent quality. We unpacked it and set it up. It was very easy to do. We ordered sugar free slushie mix from a slushie specific company and started it up when we got the mix. It took a little less than an hour for it to slushify…less than an hour for about 1/2 between max and min levels. To clean, it’s not super easy with the self clean cycle. It worked, just not great. Had to take it apart to actually clean it. I’m looking forward to using this a lot this summer. Instructions were easy to follow over all. Plug in, put together, dump in the mix and turn it on. Voila! Slushie! The slushie motor is a bit weak and got “stuck” a couple of times. We dropped the setting lower (higher temp) and it still froze itself in place. Could be the sugar free mix, but it has a great texture. I think we just have to mess with the settings for a bit to find out what works. UPDATE: We have used this a few times now and it no longer works. There is a plastic piece that no longer turns. It’s not frozen or built up, but the paddle piece refuses to mix even though we have cleaned it multiple times. The motor appears to be too weak or the plastic paddle has gotten too tight. It’s a shame because we really enjoyed it.

This is my first slushie machine--and I am impressed. First, the footprint of this Puldoum is a compact 8.5'' wide X 13'' deep X 16.75'' tall--this will easily fit on your kitchen counter. The small size is due to the freezing canister installed upright as apposed to the more common horizontal, a smart design. Next comes the lazy guy test (that's me): can you take it apart easily without consulting the manual? That's an easy "yes", just a few parts to disassemble to hand wash and dry. The freezing canister was a little tricky to wipe down but manageable. Now the fun part--let's make some slushies! Again very user-friendly: pour in your desired sugar drink concoction to anywhere between the clearly marked minimum and maximum amount lines. The included manual provided some recipes but I kept it simple. For my 2 liter of root beer it was about a third of the bottle for the recommended minimum amount of liquid. Power up, select the desired texture and the machine does the rest. How much time: for my room temperature bottle it iced up in 30 minutes, the manual says quicker turnaround if your liquid is already cooled. The ice texture: perfect. It came out clumpy (not unexpected, as seen in many online videos), I stirred in some more root beer for my desired drinking texture. It was like the same ice treat you get at the 7-11 and fast food restaurants. Tiny sand-grain sized ice came out with no irregular ice pieces, my root beer slushie was perfect, at minimum liquid level it filled two 18 ounce cups. I don't drink alcohol but I can see this as a very useful appliance for daiquiris, iced coffee and other party drinks. The Puldoum was the least expensive iced drink machine as of this review (April 2026) and I don't see why you need to spend more, this machine works perfectly. Summer is coming and the kids (and adults) will want their slushies, bang for the buck is with this machine. Highly recommended!

This is such a great machine. I love that you do not need ice for it to work. It has an aluminum wheel inside that freezes the drink, which is honestly really cool and makes it feel more like a real slushie maker instead of a blender. It is very easy to use with the preset options, so you can just choose what you want and let it do its thing. We have tried a few different drinks and they all came out really good with that smooth frozen texture. The only thing to keep in mind is that it does take some time for the drink to be ready, so it is not instant. Once you know that and plan ahead a bit, it is not a big deal. Overall, it is a fun addition to the house and great for kids and adults. Perfect for making treats at home, especially during the summer. Worth the money, especially if you entertain a lot.

This slushie machine feels really well-built and high quality. It honestly gives the same kind of performance you’d expect from more expensive brands like Ninja, but at a much more affordable price. Everything about it feels solid — from the sturdy construction to the responsive touch screen with preset programs.
