This Frozen Drink & Slushy Maker is amazing! It’s super easy to control, has a nice sleek outlook, and takes up very little space on my counter. The media could not be loaded. Product didn’t work, wouldn’t get cold or freeze. Followed instructions step-by-step. Machine will make a noise like it’s about to turn then did nothing and flash the symbol after 5 minutes. Otherwise, I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Planning on returning soon.

Works well. We use it multiple times a week. Still having trouble with recipes and get the ratios right to create the desired texture we want for some drinks. I wish it came with a bigger recipes book or had a buying option for one. It's fun to use, pretty silent, fits on my counter nicely and is relatively quick to make drinks if the ratios for your drinks are correct
