Please turn off the machine, reinstall and lock the container, remove thick mix or blockages, then restart. If E1 remains, contact support What does error code E4 mean and how can I fix it? E4 indicates a low sugar alarm. Please increase the sugar content to at least 6%. You may add granulated sugar, honey, syrup, juice, or other sweeteners, and mix thoroughly before starting the machine What does error code E5 mean and how can I fix it? E5 indicates a high alcohol alarm. Please keep alcohol content between 6% and 16%. If the alcohol content is too high, dilute it with water, juice, soda, or other non-alcoholic liquids. After adjusting the recipe, turn off the machine and restart it What if there is an issue with the machine after delivery? If the machine arrives damaged or does not work properly, please contact our service team with your order details and photos or videos of the issue.
