I had my previous blow dryer for around 10 years. It was time for something new. I ordered this one, and was pleasantly surprised the minute I pulled it out of the box how small and lightweight it was. The minute I plugged it in, I was amazed at how quiet it was. I have very fine hair and most of the time I use it on the lowest air pressure and heat settings. If I am in a hurry, I have turned it up to the second air pressure option, but if I turn the dryer in any direction but a downward slope, it tends to tangle my hair quite a bit. It was a little bit of a learning curve but I am satisfied overall with the purchase I made. The price and the quality has so far been well worth it. I'm a professional using this in my salon. My only complaint so far if the length of the cord. Professionals need long cords so if you're looking for our business, adjust the cord length please!!!

    • I wanted to love this dryer
I was so excited to try my new blowe dryer. I love the way it looks and its so light however it says 3rd speed is 95 degrees and it barley get warm. I have frizzy hair and live in Hawaii and need heat to straiten out my hair. I might try a different one but very disappointing.
