The bracket that goes right behind the seat is missing. This keeps the whole rack from sliding back a forth. As of right now I can't use my rack until I make my own bracket. It isn't hard to fold a piece of metal and put holes in it. For about 100 dollars it should have come with at least some extra parts. I don't feel like returning it, so I guess I'm just going to deal with it. Horrible product. ... show more

The parts don't fit together. The replacement axle is the wrong diameter for the wheel. The strut holes are drilled for the correct axle. The mounting holes on the rack itself don not match up with the holes on the frame. Total piece of junk.
