Great customer service. I purchased this item in 2023 and the diffuser which is the only attachment I need didn’t fit on well and would fall off. Attempts to reach via Amazon failed at that time so I went thru Amazon and was refunded. I could still use it, it was just annoying. And then it got worse. The thing barely stayed on at all so i decided to try reaching out again to see if I could purchase a new diffuser attachment as it was the issue. The other pieces fit fine. I was successful in reaching them and despite being a year past warranty, they send me a new hair dryer for free because you can’t purchase just the attachments. So now I have 2 (both free) awesome hair dryers and a diffuser that works on both of them

Wow! This blow dryer is awesome. It cut my time to dry my hair in half. Plus it feels like your head is getting a massage at the same time. I wish you could adjust heat levels and air flow power instead of low air flow power heat and high air flow power heat. It does have an all cool setting at high power which is super nice. Id buy this dryer over and over again.

I love that it is so much quieter than my old drier. My Apple watch doesn't send me hearing alerts anymore like my old drier. Also, while I'm not sure that it is actually lighter than my old one, it fits in my hand better and because the weight is more ergonomically distributed/ situated it feels easier and lighter to use. Easier to use with a styling rush for sure. As far a quality of drying it does seem to dry quicker. I can't say that I notice anything spectacularly better with the texture of my hair with this one. Overall very pleased.

If you’re looking for a dryer that works quickly and you like volume, this will do it. But if you use a dryer for styling, it may take some practice or a different kind of dryer. I found the velocity too strong and the temp too cool for styling. I used it several times, but couldn’t get any kind of control. I have long, thick, slightly wavy hair and normally use the older type of dryer with a nozzle to damp dry my hair (on the lower heat setting), then use a round brush (on high setting) to remove waves/style. Couldn’t do that with this dryer. Even with the narrow nozzle and using the lower setting it blew my hair everywhere, like using a leaf blower on my hair. The high setting wasn’t hot enough for the round brush to be effective, but the velocity was so strong, it blew the hair off the brush. Definitely needed the flatiron to tame that mess. This was my first experience with this type of dryer, so I assume most of them produce similar results.

Great air flow and power. Hot enough to dry my coarse hair quickly. A bit heavy if holding a long time (which would be required to dry a lot of thick hair), otherwise has a nice sturdy feel and would work for most people. I bought the XSOOH (at 39% off regular price but still about $10 more expensive) to compare. Noise levels were comparable. I decided to keep the XSOOH because it was noticeably lighter and had 3 temperature settings at a single push of a button, including a ‘cool’ as opposed to having to toggle a switch or press and HOLD for a ‘cool shot.’ I often start at high heat, then reduce the level to set and cool while styling my hair to prevent over drying and damage. So, for me, the XSOOH for about $10 more makes more sense.
