This pc is awesome it works extremely well and runs all of my top games smoothly with no lag, I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to build their own PC. Make sure you get a stand for it though don't put it on carpet.

After two weeks of use, this computer has excellent speed for opening multiple programs and windows with tasking the CPU, all in a very attractive case. It came very well packed. The computer was in packed inside of standard form protected cardboard box that isolated the CPU. However, what was highly desirable was that there was a foam insert INSIDE of the computer to prevent and shock damage to the internal computers. This was easily removed via the hinged glass side door designed for easy upgrading. The entire unit was encased in a protective bag to protect against scratches. The MSI graphics board came with one HDMI port and multiply display ports. At first I did not realize that there were display ports due to the fact that the ports were protected by plastic inserts. I am not a gamer and use it for office productivity. The included wired keyboard and mouse are well constructed and the keyboard lights up (or not depending on setting) that might be attractive to young gamers. I replaced the keyboard and mouse with Logitech wireless units. All in all an excellent value. ... show more

From what I've been able to experience of this PC, it is great. I say that, because the main reason I bought it was to seriously upgrade what I was using so that I could better work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. For that purpose, it has been wonderful. It boots quickly, and handles what I use it for perfectly. The included keyboard and mouse function very well, look nice and are comfortable to use (my one gripe is the placement of the backslash key and size of the backspace button). I love how internally it isn't messy, given that it is a glass walled case. The LEDs on the case look nice and are a nice bonus. From what little actual gaming I've been able to do, it has been fantastic for what it is. Graphics are good, response time is fantastic, and everything does what it's intended to do, and does it well. Can and will definitely recommend. ... show more

This computer is exactly what we were looking for. There is still room to be desired for hard drive space but it is more than capable of being expanded for internal storage. We do not use it for gaming but rather for video editing and it has performed flawlessly so far. It has no bloatware which is a huge plus. Some others have said that they have had issues with the wireless connectivity but we have not experienced any issues. Our router is on our main level and about 100 feet away. I feel that if others are having issues that it is their router and not the included wireless card or antennas. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase, it is definitely worth the purchase price. I would strongly recommend this PC to anyone who wants a fast PC that can handle almost anything you throw at it. ... show more

Bought this desktop specifically for gaming, as I only had laptops and they just weren't cutting it. Worked great out of the box, super easy setup. I was already playing games on it within an hour or so of taking it out of the box. Everything runs so incredibly smoothly, especially compared to gameplay on an old laptop. Even just internet browsing or performing other simple computer tasks - everything loads SO FAST! Very impressed! And the keyboard and mouse are pretty cool, too.     • A well built machine that benchmarks really good!

I have been overall happy so far with the components (1 week). The machine was packed very well, no damage and nothing loose in the box. Everything fired right up on it. The benchmark tests were really good putting it in the 83 percentile. I added more ram of the same type (I thought), but it actually slowed the machine down. Putting virus and malware scanners on it also slowed it down FYI. My only complaints are the buttons on the top of the machine and the open mesh cover on the top. Both allow dust and debris to get places you dont want them. Cool removeable magnetic cover on the top, but still wish it wasnt open at all. The "Power" button is raised on the flat top of the case so can be accidentally hit I don't like. I am afraid to plug anything vertically into the USB's and sound port as well since they could get hit and broken off. The "LED" and "Reset" button on mine do not seem to do anything. No fan noise on mine, have not run at full speed yet like others have said they did out of the box. There are 2 apps installed for the fan/case lights on mine. 1 when you run it causes errors and just turns the lights off, so I haven't messed with them anymore. Finally, I like that it has SATA connections for older drives (or if you want to put a HDD in to store stuff), but there are no SATA drive holders in the case itself. The standard holder that would mount under the power supply deck seems to be missing on my unit. The connections are there for multiple drives, but no holder like in all of my previous cases of similar design. So overall happy with the technology, but a bit disappointed with the case. ... show more

The product came in a very large box which protected it from shipping hazard which i greatly appreciate. When it came the middle fan wasn’t working but i fixed by opening it up and plugging it back into the power source so it wasn’t that big of a deal. But in terms of gaming it’s great, i get 200 plus fps for smaller games and i get around 80 fps for the bigger games like GTA5. I love the LED lights that comes with it, it is super cool if you have a room full with LED lights, it will make your room 100 times better. The fan is also really silent.
