    • Great fitting, high quality 2XU product
I purchased this 2XU wetsuit to replace another 2XU wetsuit that I have outgrown. I love this new wetsuit. It’s so darn comfortable. Additionally, this suit is a bit thinner than the 2XU Project X that it replaces, making it much easier to put on. The fit is absolutely perfect. This wetsuit suction cups itself to your body before you even GT zipped up. That’s one sign of a perfect fit. I like the flexibility of this suit even more than the Project X suit I was using. I’m not sure how warm this will be compared to that one, but I suspect it isn’t going to be as warm. So I’m purchasing one additional 2XU suit that’s a bit thicker for those chillier days. I used my previous suit for multiple functions including jet ski riding (I like the skin out, as they don’t hold water that sucks heat away from you as that water dries), swimming, and limited scuba diving (practice dives in a pool configured for scuba), for actual dives I still use a wetsuit or drysuit specifically made for scuba diving). My last 2XU suit has one tiny nick in a knee, so I suspect that this suit should hold up quite well. Some triathlon wetsuits can be very fragile, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue with 2XU. Incidentally, the benefits these suits give to a triathlete work equally well for scuba diving. The SCS coating makes this suit simply slide right through the water. That’s a significant reduction in drag when scuba diving, making my kick more effective. The different buoyancy panels also help to perfect my trim even when underwater, helping me to stay completely level in the water. This is another fine 2XU product.
