I bought this computer to be my capture computer for streaming. For as little as it costs it is perfect. I did however upgrade the graphics card to a 3060 12gb and because it is not a proprietary build it had the plugins so kudos for that. However I do have an issue with the internet speed. My main computer pulls over 700 down. This one only pulls maybe 300 down and 40 up. I would recommend buying an external USB Ethernet adapter and using that. We had it for 5 days. Day one everything seemed ok. By day 2 it all started to go down hill. It started getting worse and worse each day until it wouldn’t open up any app at all. Not one item on the computer would open. It would just say file corrupt. Everything crashed. We tried doing a factory reset it still said the same thing. Worst purchase i have ever made! What a headache it was. Than there no option for a replacement!!!! So now I have to send it back and look for a new computer! What a waste. To make things worse UPS was supposed to pick it up they never even attempted to pick it up and left notices saying sorry we missed you. This has been an awful experience the whole way around. As for tech support good luck with that! You will never reach them for help. ... show more

For the price and what you get I'm pretty happy with it. It wasn't without its hiccups in set up and obvious cheaper components like the network card I highly recommend you hardwire this of and wifi will drop often with the external wifi card part of other issues I bumped into are normal windows 10 bugs or glitches with the OS if you look up some YouTube vids you'll find easy fixes for them. If this is your first PC I would definitely recommend its a good starter with a esthetic look to it. The RGB looks nice I'm able to run all titles I enjoy playing however given that this is a budget system you do need to be realistic. For example warzone will need to run at all low settings to run close to 60 fps however playing some bo3 customs, dark and darker, any emulated titles or indie titles can typically run medium or higher. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It runs smooth perfect no problems at all I added another rdm to make my gameplay extra good payed 408 for a faster delivery people say it’s not worth it but take it from someone who deals with pc all the time it is definitely worth it without a doubt I thought it would be trash then I seen it and played on it it runs perfect most definitely get this for a starter pc no problems when booting up no nothing signed into my gmail downloaded my Fortnite and call of duty and boom there I was 15-25 mins later playing till I felt tired it has good fans and good let light on the fan keeps the pc cool 24/7 never over heats never kicks me off of the game im playing yal should really get this pc for your son or daughter im 15 bought this myself as my own pc and boom it works perfectly definitely will buy this product later on ... show more

We haven’t had any issues with lag on any of the games. I did order a 8tb internal memory hard drive for $150 that we haven’t installed yet. But I figured we’d need that soon.

This is my first gaming pc so I don’t know what’s great and what bad but it runs my games really clear, no lagging, the downloading times are fine with me, it took about 30-40 minutes to download Need for Speed Heat. It hasn’t overheated on me or shut down after playing on it for about 2 hours. I use it for gaming, 2D & 3D animations which takes a lot, and it’s been holding up really well. The only downside is that it says it comes with Wifi and Bluetooth but the Bluetooth isn’t working at all and I tried updating the drivers but it didn’t do anything. And the wifi disconnects sometimes. Ik it’s not my wifi because it didn’t do that on any of my other devices. I’m sure there’s a fix on YouTube I just don’t feel like fixing it right now. I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I'm highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I'm not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs. ... show more
