I bought this for my son for his first computer and sadly it did not work when it arrived. I contacted the company and their tech support helped me trouble shoot one issue over the phone but it still did not work properly so they initiated a warranty claim for me and completely replaced the computer. I had a new one that worked perfectly within just a few days of starting the claim. I'm highly satisfied with their customer service. As far as the computer itself, we are very happy with it. My son uses it for gaming but is not into any heavy duty games yet so I'm not sure how it would perform in those circumstances but it is perfect for his current needs. ... show more

Unfortunately I have to strongly advocate against buying these computers. I advice you to look at the reviews that are 3-12 months after purchase, you will see most say the pc failed. I purchased mine on March 7th 2025 and today June 30th 2025 it just up and died. These systems are no good for anything other than a child that may get on it to do homework. They are no good for constant use and multiple hi processing use. Don’t plan on running a program like photoshop, or any demanding game and have anything else running at the same time. I actually had high hopes considering how well things were in the beginning but the sub par and clearly 2nd hand internals don’t last. I urge you to save up an extra $300 and go to a store on or offline and get a better branded computer with new internals. It will save you a great deal of disappointment and money in the long run. ... show more

So I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and the ONLY issue I have is the wifi issues which I’m guessing you’ve seen in other reviews. Other than that it works well and I’m a light gamer so I don’t play hardcore shooting games and all that just casual stuff like Roblox or sims4 or vrchat etc so for me it’s great and a good value for money considering the price I got it for. It was easy to setup like it literally took less than five minutes and my games runs well when the wifi is not messing up. Overall if you are like me and game lightly and woulda’t mind your Wi-Fi cutting out every couple of hours for like 3 mins then I’d say buy lol ... show more

I bought the STGAubron Gaming Desktop PC with the Intel Core i5 and AMD Radeon RX 550 to use while working from home. I didn’t actually game on it, but it ran Design Space perfectly and handled cutting material on my Cricut without any issues. The 16GB RAM and fast SSD made everything smooth and quick. Plus, the RGB lights on the fans, keyboard, and mouse were a fun bonus that brightened up my workspace. WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 connected easily, and Windows 10 was ready right out of the box. I really do love this computer, it handles almost everything I need it to. Setup was simple; it comes with the necessary software, and it’s compatible with all my accessories (desktop monitor, keyboard, mouse, sound bar, etc.). I upgraded the graphics card without any issues. That said, there are a couple of downsides. The system doesn’t automatically update Windows software, so mine is already nearing the end of support, which is frustrating. The Wi-Fi connection can also be spotty at times. Performance-wise, it depends on what you’re expecting. For casual gaming, things like Stardew Valley, Sims, Civilization, or older titles like Skyrim, it runs just fine. But if you’re looking for a machine that can handle more intense FPS or graphics-heavy games, the base model will need serious upgrades, especially in the graphics department. Mine personally couldn't handle Baldur's Gate without being super spotty, running like 15 frames per second. Overall, I’d recommend this as a starter PC—great for teenagers getting into gaming or anyone who wants a reliable computer for lighter games and everyday use. Be prepared to upgrade in a few years or invest in modifications if you want to take it further. ... show more
