  • Reliable pre-built that can play most games at a decent quality (with a few caveats)
Style: I7/GTX 1660Ti
I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year. ... show more

  • No output signal to the monitor
Style: 13400F/RTX 3050
Nice looking computer, not much of anything like a user manual for help. The fans work, the lights inside work, but it does not output a signal for the monitor. We have tried several combinations of wiring, unplugged and plugged back in and also tried three different monitors that work on another computer. Still having no luck getting any signal to the monitor. Called the tech support number on the side of the computer and they are only available from nine to five and do not say what time zone on their message. It does seem that they are in Canada. Sent an e-mail and will try to call again. If no luck we will have to return the item. At this time and with this experience I can not rate with any stars because it is not working and we are unhappy with the product and or information to help that comes with it. The only reason for one star is because one has to be there to submit review. ... show more

  • its actually great!
Style: I7/GTX 1660Ti
This computer is way better than I expected. I was a little weary at first due to the price being cheaper than all the competitors. Easy to install, easy to setup, handles all my games flawlessly (examples: beamng, American truck sim). The only downside is some of the parts are pretty outdated so if you want to play Microsoft flight simulator you would have to make some upgrades. It’s very quiet and loads up very quickly and puts out very little heat. If you’re just getting into gaming computers this is a great introduction computer in my opinion. ... show more

  • Good specs gaming pc.
Style: I7/RX 580
The pc is fine. Lots of lights and it’s relatively robots. The SSD hard drive didn’t last though. Maybe 6 months into it it took a 💩 but since I had a recent ssd from another tossed system, I was able to make do. I don’t play on it much at all. It’s got lots of horsepower according to copilot Ai. However, it will not run MS flight simulator 2024. Downloaded it all 150gb twice and no go. Something with the video card not supported because because direct X or something. It’ll run prior version flight simulator. Pretty easy to take apart too. Great at its price. Would buy again (not really because the MS flight sim thing) but it’s a great system. Handles lots of office apps opened at the same time as well. ... show more

  • TERRIBLE PRODUCT
Style: I7/RX 580
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MACHINE. I purchased this back in November of 2024. As of May 2025, the system has failed. The hard drive is not detectable and the system cycle boots into the BIOS scree. I have tried to reconnect the SSD and nothing. I have tried purchasing a new SSD to install, still nothing. Don't waste your money. On top of this, this machine does not have sleep functionality, you are only able to restart or shutdown the computer. I have tried reaching out to their customer support and only receive a run around about a SSD/Machine replacement and they are not actually listening to my concerns that these are major issues that I cannot trust again with a new machine. This is the first pre-built I purchased and learned my lesson that I should stick to spending the $$ and building my one because the sense of security that comes with it is worth the extra $$. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for.
Style: I7/GTX 1660Ti
This is an inexpensive (very cheap) machine with an older processor, DDR3 RAM (we're up to DDR5 currently) the SSD has zero branding, just some cheap generic drive. The graphics card is by Gigabyte, the motherboard appears to be Gigabyte also, or a clone (rip-off copy) I bought the machine knowing what i was spending, i just needed something cheap with a graphics card for a test. But right out of the box, the machine shuts off randomly. I've unplugged extraneous devices, it's not over heating, i replaced the SSD and performed a fresh windows install. Either the PSU is garbage, or the motherboard has some kind of fault. It's not worth the hassle of packing back up and returning. I've always built, never bought PCs, so rebuidling this better won't be an issue. For you newbs, prepare to be frustrated. ... show more
