    • Isnt holding up well
The media could not be loaded. I bought this a little over a year ago. The right seems to be getting really loose. I have noticed a white powder substance where the wheel track is also. I have not attempted to take it apart yet to see if anything needs tightened. It is useful and handy but I'm afraid its a little pricey if it doesn't really last very long. I will add to this review I wrote last night after this video the right foot rest fell completely off the machine. So sadly I will drop my review to a 1 star as after looking through it also has no warranty :( UPDATE the company reached out to me and made it right and send me a new unit! Great customer service.     • Starting to make noises!
Bought this for my mother as a gift. She had knee and hip replacements within 3 months. After only 3 days of using it, it is making strange noises. Not sure if these are normal noises or if I should send it back and get a replacement.

    • Very noisy and remote didn’t work
It is hard to start-, then it went backwards, I didn’t know how to stop it so I turned it off. The remote battery back was so hard to open I had to have help and he couldn’t open it at first. Very noisy - I couldn’t hear the TV. So sad, I really wanted it to work. I had to return it.
