Empty battery on the display despite having charged it for hours, this scooter does not work and customer service doesn’t respond in time. Have had to spend all my money on public transportation and getting late to work. Do not recommend this crap product, maybe spend your money elsewhere. They’ll try to send you replacement parts but even then those parts won’t work. They’ll try to make you pay the shipping fee to send back the scooter just avoid this company altogether ... show more

Range is the only thing I’d have to complain on. It’s more like 15 mile range in the battery charge. Not 19 like it says. Always pack your charging cord on long trips. Good quality construction. Great value and good product!!!
