I was extremely satisfied with the machine that I got on August 31. Easy to set it up and started at first try. Unexpected power. I replaced a 2050 Clean Shot at 2050 psi with this one at 3500 psi. It made my holding hand go back whenever I pressed the trigger (not recommended if you are on a ladder) and the power was strong enough to clean spots that I had never been able to clean with the other one. The hose at 50 feet, was double the 25 feet hose, I had. For my triple driveway and walkways, I connected a B & S Rotating Surface Cleaner and the result was superb. Have tried only the yellow nozzle, which did an excellent job in my back lanai and patio. Overall, it's an excellent machine. I have only one negative comment to make. I used the machine during several days to do all my cleaning; at my age, I don't have enough energy to complete the task in one day. Yesterday, the hose got a very small hole (pic attached) and that was it; the pressure pushed the water thru and I couldn't work any longer. I switched the hose with the old one and was able to continue. Today, I wanted to finish, but the pressure was drastically reduced and I couldn't find a reason for it to act like that. After I finished the job, I wanted to contact the Bluebery company as suggested by Amazon. The linked website presents all products they have available, but there is no info about the company and no link for contacts. In fact, I don't even know who is the provider within Amazon. The Owner's Manual provides an email address for support, which is located in Shenzhen, China.

This Pressure Washer works well, with lots of pressure to get the job done! It assemble in less than 15 minutes and adding oil and gas was fairly easy. My only complaint is that the Unit is very NOISY when running and gets very HOT. It burnt the rubber off the base of the hose that's attached to the Pressure Washer. So, make sure that the pressure washer hose is not touching the unit when it's running or it will MELT. But overall it's a Great Washer and doesn't take up a lot of garage space! I highly recommend it!

The Blubery 3500 PSI is a good pressure washer. It did arrive with some issues that I had to fix. The first problem was the bottom of the frame where you insert the wheel was out of round from shipping. I was able to round it out using a round steel bar then I was able to fit the wheel into the frame. I see one of the "complaints" noted in the comments section happened on my washer with the first use. One of the screws that holds the metal cage over the exhaust came loose and fell. I had to find the screw in the grass and reinsert it. I tightened it and most every other screw or bolt I could reach. None seemed loose so I'm hoping that is the last issue I'll see of that kind. Lastly, I read in multiple reviews that people are having their spray wand melt due to it being mounted next to the exhaust (yes, very poor design there). Before I used it for my first washing project I reversed the handle mount and spray wand tray from the exhaust side of the washer to the non-exhaust side. It took some disassembly, some drilling and an hour and a half of labor to move and fit everything to the other side of the washer but it all fits. It holds the spray wand properly top to bottom and now I'm not worried about the spray handle melting from the heat of the exhaust. All in all the Blubery 3500 pressure washer works well has good pressure and does a great job cleaning. So far I've cleaned a section of 6ft. vinyl white fence that was in the shade under a tree and getting green from mold, now it looks like new and that was done without using any soap, just water pressure.

I got my 3500 PSI power washer yesterday and got oil in it today (did not come with oil). Boy I have used power washers all my life and this one has some power. I can clean most anyplace on my house with just switching out nozzles. I had a 90 degree adjustable nozzle from a previous power washer and put it on my new one to try to clean some gutters. I nearly broke my wrist when I hit the spray. Could not hold it up to clean the gutters. I'm going to buy some extensions and try a little different technique. But if you want a powerful power washer get the 3500 PSI. I do have one issue - the cover for the Unloader valve came off and I cannot figure out how it goes back on. I have some black electrical tape holding it on but going to have to find someone that can show me how to put it back on. Very impressive washer.

I opened and assembled the product added oil and gas and start washing my house. From the start this unit just didn’t sound like my last power washer that died after 10 years! The sprayer would stop randomly while using. So I took a break to let it cool down. When I returned to pull start the unit now the pull start will not engage. Had to take apart and put pieces back in place to get it to work. Got it going again and right back to pressure randomly working. Contacted Amazon to find this piece of junk is not returnable. 3 hours of use and now I have a $300+ piece of junk. Motor is loud but sounds normal, but as soon as you start to spray sounds like thing is going to blow up. Do not buy this big piece of junk that I’m stuck with. Guess time to stop buying from Amazon. Should have stuck with big box stores! Service is terrible, but you can return. Going to reach out to credit card and try and dispute charges? I will post daily on this companies site that sold this junk until I hear from them!
