Came out of the box with a damaged wheel, contacted seller and had new one in 3 days, no problems at all. Great customer service and this pressure washer is a beast. I’ve got over 400’ of privacy fence to clean. Old 2800 psi washer was time consuming but doing the job. This machine is more than twice as fast. Real time saver.

It came from the factory with a dented leak in gas tank as the box was not damaged. It started 1 pull! It quickly plugged the wand and nozzle jammed in and shot out like a rocket! Engine is a Honda clone. They copied the overall design well. It is OK, price OK shipping quick. I am OK with my purchase.
