The wire quality I would suggest heavier and square gauges wiring. Especially if you live near areas that have coyotes, bears, puma's, bobcats, fishers, raccoons and other predators that will do anything to get your flock. The size is amazing for the price and for what it all does come with. Had no missing parts. The instructions are semi easy to get but if you have dealt with poultry pens like this then you already will know how to assemble them. My suggestion before putting it all together. Assemble you roofing and directly wire and fasten it on good. Less hustle of undoing and redoing things. Latch locks well. But still wise to get chain and a lock to keep your door shut and no runaways. Strong winds will blow your door open even while the latch is down to keep the door closed. Durability. The frame is proven true as sturdy and good. Also my advice. When your pen is all ready to go. For extra security and more stablability. Is dig and put your bottom portion of the pen in the ground. However. I recommend this product as a must for all levels of poultry keepers. ... show more

We have had this chicken run for a bit of time now. Set up was fairly easy with two people. We are almost through our first winter with it and it has held up nicely. We have had a lot of snow, as long as we clean the snow off of the tarps the run seems to hold up just fine! We have nine chickens and there is more than enough room for them. We do plan on doing better predator proofing, this run would not keep anything out on its own. But is definitely worth getting if you need a quick temporary solution for your chickens. ... show more

Mine only came with a cheap tarp that maybe covered a third of the coop. Fairly easy to put together if you have 3 people. Chicken wire won’t keep anything determined to get in, so I reinforced it. It is sturdy and for the price and I still think it was a great purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Okay so first off the it was a few days late on shipping witch is frustrating and secondly it was not packaged well at all the box can in had zip ties and things falling out of it it could have easily lost a few parts and it does not come with enough zip ties and very little chicken wire so no room for mistakes what so ever the poles are very light I could lift the entire pen alone but I do love how big it is and how nice the wire is the door latch is also good I do like it but I would recommend the company to at least give alittle more wire and zip ties for the price also better packaging so no one would lose any parts on its way for the money you pay I say better packaging and more wire and ties it’s a great product very easy to put together to I did it alone my hubby helped with the wire ... show more

Bought this to keep out owls and hawks. Hopefully it will work well for that. Wire is still thinner than what you would find at a farm store, but it will keep chickens in and my electric net will keep predators out. Frame seems good enough and blue traps will likely last a year. Bonus that it is light enough to move across the pasture. Door hinges could have been better. ... show more
