The test light arrive well packaged in factory display sleeve. Unfortunately when I went to use it, I discovered that it would not light up! Upon further inspection, I noticed that the light bulb itself was cracked inside the test unit! From the way this unit was packaged and built. I would say that that light was cracked from the factory indicating very poor quality control on this item! When I went to return it, Amazon gave me fits because all U.P.S Shipping sites have been closed in my area, Thirty minute drive, minimum across mountain roads to get to the nearest one! The only offers that Amazon had was 2. Ship it back at my cost for almost eight dollars on a part that only cost me seven and a half dollars to start with! That made no sense, they finally compd It and refunded my money! Poor experience all the way around! ... show more
