I wash commercial accounts. I change the pump oil about every 30hrs and motor oil every 50. It's easy to do with a 12vdc fluid transfer pump. I've clocked 200hrs on it this year and it still runs. I use non-ethanol gas only. I highly recommend this unit. I do however maintain it well as you should with all things if you want to have longevity in anything. ... show more

Received the pressure washer and it is well build. The pressure washer was missing the trigger for the wand so I contacted Amazon and I am waiting for a response. I did notice in the instructions that you cannot run the pump for more than 2 minutes with out spraying or you stand a chance of damaging the pump. Follow up - I contacted Simson via email and they responded in a few minutes and are shipping me a trigger. Crap happens and they took care of it. I am happy. ... show more

It is sturdy, very protected with the carriage, and has good mobility with 4 wheels vs 2 as with most pressure washers.
