To be transparent, I am impressed.. for the price, I wasn’t expecting much. The box and packaging was great - neat packaging, clear instructions, etc.. when I unboxed, I was shocked by the quality - it’s heavy (good thing as weight reflects quality), clean, and has no obvious manufacturing defects or flaws. When we began use, I couldn’t believe how quickly it begins cranking out ice. My only complaints are around the constant running - it doesn’t hold the cold air in the machine, so the ice melts and replaced with fresh ice. Basically a constant rotation of ice, so I hope it’s energy efficient since it runs all the time. However, given the price, and how quickly it generates ice cubes, you can’t be mad. We’ve only had the machine a couple of days, but so good so far.. my kids love grabbing a cup of ice cubes whenever. In the future we will upgrade to a ice maker that has direct connection to water supply, creates ice nuggets rather than small cubes, and has a higher capacity but this one will do the job well in the meantime. I am completely happy with this purchase. (Side note: I am not a paid reviewer, nor paid for this review)

Used in our camper for several years since ice is a premium even if “glamping”. Now it is a back up for parties, mine and others, as I’ve taken it with me to friends ! I keep it refilled through the time of a party and it will make large, or small, crystal clear bullet ice for hours on a half gallon of water. Remove ice bullets out to regular freezer as baskets gets filled, as it does not keep them frozen and any that melt will go back into the reservoir. . Always use distilled water to keep calcium or lime scale from forming, it even has a cleaning mode which I’ve only had to do a few times. Wipe clean and dry after each time, store and carry upright and it should last many years. It is a good value for the money, which I thought was very reasonable, not a huge footprint on the counter space, has its on mini scoop for the ice and even a small suction hook to hang it on. I’ve been very pleased with this machine and do recommend.

I really like this ice maker. It makes a lot of ice really fast. Very easy to use and to clean. It stops when the ice basket is full. It doesn't keep it frozen so the ice melts back into the water basin and makes more ice. The ice cubes do melt pretty fast when put into room temperature drinks so I usually just use them in water. Overall good product.

When I bought this ice maker in 2022, I remember people saying that it breaks easily. Twenty four months later, I can say that mine works as well as the day I unboxed it. I couldn't be happier with this thing, especially at this small size and good price. I only use water from my Zero Water pitcher in it. I do this to prevent build-up anywhere in the system. This works well for me. Every time the basket fills, I transfer the ice to a bucket in my freezer. Once the ice maker runs out of water, I drain it, and keep it open to dry. It is clean and always runs perfectly! As a tip for getting bigger ice, I recommend cooling the water by leaving the basket out for two cycles. If this thing ever breaks or has problems, I'll update this review.
