Well this ice machine fan located next to my refrigerator is is much louder that the compressor/fan refrigerator. The size/shape and overall design is nice and convenient. But the ice it makes, regardless of small or large size selection, is very wet and doesn’t stay frozen for long at all. So it clumps together. Even if I transfer to our ice bucket in the freezer immediately after the new ice drops, it clumps. Needs lots of shaking/hitting/etc. I wanted a countertop ice machine to create LESS work for me, as opposed to just using ice trays as I previously have, but this is lots of work. I received the ice maker in a box that looked like it had been opened and retaped. There was no manual inside so I was worried that it was a return. Sure enough, I plugged it in and waited. I was really looking forward to getting an ice maker. I am currently pregnant and I’ve been craving ice. I really wanted to love it. After 3 days it stopped making ice. I wanted to return it but I no longer have the original box. I am very disappointed

Took over 4 hours to make three baskets of ice. I was outside doing yard work and really lost track of time. Then I finally said, forget this! I dumped the water out and realized it had leaked all over my bar. Customer service was helpful but patronizing. Returning.
