The media could not be loaded. We bought one, after 2 days leaked from bottom, returned it and got a new one, leaked again. Figured out that it was a problem if ice got stuck in shoot. 3 days ago, it made horrible noise and shut itself off 2x…when I went to film, it acted fine. Now it is just shutting itself off. We got this replacement at the end of October, so less than 4 months. What a shame cause we really did like it and it made ice quickly for our family of 5.

The machine has been working fine but it is not “self cleaning”. Even after cleaning several times it still produces black algae flakes after one or two days. I don’t see any way to clean it internally with out tearing it apart. After calling the manufacturer they were more than willing to help correct the problem. The ice machine has an internal problem and they are sending a fix.

The media could not be loaded. In ordered three ice makers in December. Two were Christmas gifts for my mom and sister and I ordered one for myself. There have been issues with all three. The first one had to be replacement, as it would not make ice at all. In February, my sisters started making a noise. I reached out to the seller, who requested that I try to clean it and gave me instructions on how and what to use. I did as instructed. After cleaning, I never heard a noise but the machine would make one batch of ice and then stop. I reached back out to the seller. Who asked for a video, model number and invoice. I provided everything except a video, as it would not upload into the messages. I requested an email address to send the video to. The seller asked that I send the video to the email address on the back of the manual. Now, my ice machine has stopped working correctly since yesterday. It would make a batch then cut off. Today, I turned it back on and it started making this weird noise and the ice that it did produce was shaved ice looking. After a while it made a loud, awful noise and just shut completely off. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. And the frustrating part is the back and forth between the seller. I plan to call the company tomorrow and I have video evidence of the issues with each machine that I can and will gladly email. I say all of this to say, I strongly suggest going in a different direction when deciding what machine to purchase. I purchased this machine because it had good reviews. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I am posting video with my review.

I love this machine. It is my second nugget maker. I bought it on sale and could not be happier. I love being able to program it to have ice ready when I wake up in the morning. It makes ample ice in a short amount of time. The price was 1/3 of the first machine I bought. My only complaint is there is no way to add an extra reservoir for water. That being said, it isn’t that difficult to fill it. I’ve only had it a week- but I’m in love with it. Update- after just a month, the machine started working only sporadically. And now it won’t make ice at all. I had such high hopes. The machine did not survive the summer.

If I could give this piece of garbage less than one star I would. I bought the unit and within a couple months. It started leaking water all over the kitchen counter. I was one day past my 30 day warranty so I had to buy stupidly another one so I could get my money back on the first one. Well, you can bet what happened the second one failed and just stopped making noise Called Amazon support and the only thing they would do for me is to tell me they would contact the manufacturer who would get a hold of me in a couple days to work out the problem. Well, we know with the answer there I never heard a word so I bought a GE profile opal icemaker and is the best decision I ever made. What did I do with the second icemaker? I turned it over to our cities program to remove the refrigerant and then demolished the icemaker about 400 bucks total down the drain. I’m could’ve used that and should’ve used that by the $500 I paid for the GE profile which is superb. Don’t buy this piece of garbage really sorry..

Best birthday gift ever for the ice maker. Pro tip to. Use distilled water if you don't want to have to clean it constantly lol. I use mine every day so it's started making squeaky noises sometimes and starts hard. Still love it.

It is probably great just to ice your water bottle. But not if you want to save ice in your freezer. It freezes in a big glomp.
