ice is very soft which is fine but the machine states it has Small & Large ice selection. Which was why I bought this one was because it has that option. I see NO difference in the sizes. other than that it either great & is fast at making more ice. Makes about a cup full each time

This is a great product. We put it on our coffee bar and it gets daily use during the summer (iced coffee). I fill a container in the freezer too, so we always have some on hand for entertaining. We use only filtered water in ours and it has given us zero problems. We've had another brand, which broke shortly after purchasing it. We like this one much better and we paid less! ... show more

I love the fact i have ice now 24/7 however it's got just one single flaw. The ice likes to pile up to the laser when its half full so you have to watch for that. If that were fixed I'd give it a 5 star.

So this little thing is alright. It makes ice quickly and in a cute bullet shape, however, the device does NOT keep the ice cool enough, so, by morning, you just have a box full of melted ice shards. Cute idea and budget friendly, but you get what you pay for, I suppose. Go for the more expensive, "real" ice makers if you want ice that won't melt in 3 hours. Thanks. ... show more
