I have been using this chair for over a year. Finally, I found a chair that I do not want to throw away after 3 months to a year. Every chair I had prior, the cushion flattens and I would have to put extra padding down. This chair does not need it. It is great for working at home and I don't mind sitting in it after working. Head rest doesn’t move downward to adjust. Gets stuck at one point and will not go down further for use. Arm rest and chair height adjust good. Wish the back support was a bit more firm. Update: contacted the manufacturer about the headrest issue. I was told to review the manual. Online code for manual doesn’t work and the paper version of the manual doesn’t indicate that the chair has a self locking mechanism for the headrest. Manufactures stated need to use a hammer with a piece a cardboard for protection to tap the headrest down. I’m gently applying a forcible tap with the cardboard protecting the head rest, the headrest slid right into place. I contacted the manufacturer to let them know that manuals do not indicate information about the setup for the self locking mechanism and it needs to be included as I’ve seen videos of the same confusing situation on the web regarding the headrest situation. Also indicated to manufacture that the numbers on the paper version of the manual are not that legible. Relied more on the video on prime for setup than the manuals. In terms of comfort for the rest, I do wish it would be a bit more adjustable so I don’t feel like my head is being pushed way to forward than in comparison to the rest of my body alignment on the chair. I feel like I am fighting against it at time to push back to rest my head which makes it uncomfortable. ... show more

So, I am an extremely vertically challenged woman, so you can imagine the struggle I hope in finding a chair that not only suits my height, but is comfortable and supportive of my spinal health. I found this recommended by others online and decided to risk the chance to see how it was. And so far, I am extremely pleased! I can sit for longer than 30 minutes without immediate tailbone pain (injured)! It also has an adjustable neck rest! I love this chair. The only reason why I would give it four stars is because I had to put it together. However, it was super easy to put together so that's why I got a five. Chair was initially good. After one year in, the mesh cushion is sagging, now it is uncomfortable to sit in. I can feel the plastic frame under the seat. It gives me hip sore and pain. I expect a chair at this price last more than one year. Disappointing.
