This is my honest opinion & assessment of this item. I bought these based on my daughter's recommendation. She got them on another online shop and loved them so I had to try them. The pros: I've ordered this in November and get the big pack so I can try all the scents. I've also been using it since November and, to be honest, when I first tried it, I wasn't impressed. However, as I continued to use it (I felt I had to to get my money's worth from it!) I found it was boosting my energy and clearing my nasal passages to help me breathe better. I have a deviated septum from a close encounter with a heavy school door as a tween. After 2 surgeries as an adult, they can't seem to fix it so I'd given up, but I still need help breathing better because I also have allergies all year round. The package says "Best used within 30 days", but I'm still using the original Tropical one that i started with and still get the same great results. I think it's just like anything else where they HAVE to put an expiration date on everything. In addition to my daily allergy pills they help my breathing and they help give my a little boost to get me through the day. I use it several times a day. I can't wait to try the other scents but I only want to open 1 tube at a time. The cons: They aren't cheap. That's it. That's all I've got to dissuade you. My final assessment: They help me. These were much better than I expected and definitely gave me the same cooling, clearing sensation people still associate with the old-school original inhalers everyone used to carry around years ago. The refreshing effect is immediate, the vapor feels clean and strong without being overwhelming, and they are extremely convenient to keep in a bag, car, desk, travel pouch, or gym tote for quick use throughout the day. I can absolutely understand why people become attached to products like this because they give that quick “reset” feeling almost instantly. The packaging arrived sealed properly, the inhalers were fresh, and everything was packaged well during delivery with no leaking or drying out. One thing I will say personally is that I did not love the tropical scent version quite as much as some of the cleaner or more classic scent profiles. The tropical note felt slightly artificial to me compared to the more straightforward cooling scents, although the performance itself was still very good. My 9 year old grandson requested I buy the Lavender and Tropical sticks for when he spends the night. He said they help him greatly with his congestion at night and first thing in the morning. He uses Lavender at bedtime and Tropical in the morning. We have only used them for two days but he is right they make a difference and he can use them himself because they are all natural. Got the assortment to see which worked best. Hate the wintergreen and tropical but the 2 mints work well. Will reorder those. Some complain they are too expensive and don't last very long. If you don't have any BP or heart probs Benzedrex works better than anything, but these are a natural product that should not cause heart probs. True that effectiveness does diminish rather quickly but still worth the $$ for me. ... show more

Do you know what sucks? Bad smells. Other things that suck: congestion, mouth breathing due to congestion, and constantly blowing your nose while trying to impress your date. Easy fix? The sweet magical stick of BoomBoom. Hide that stick in a pocket and pull it out when suffering from any of the suckidutious problems above. Wow really works well if you have a cold and you’re suffering with a stuffed nose. I like the lavender scent it’s not as harsh on my nose as some other scents and does not cause my nose to become more irritated.
