It took me a while to assemble as it came in with separate pieces. But it deserves my effort. It feels very comfortable. I really like its adjustable lumbar support and headrest. Since it supposed to be an office, I will not complain its wheels not smooth on carpet (almost hard to move on carpet). My only concern is that some screws on back support were directly screwed into the plastic pieces which may not last long. Actually couple of those screws already slipped when I assembled it. Hopefully it is not a big issue.

I have a kind of unusual setup in my home office room and needed a chair that would work with it and this one fits all of my expectations and then some. It's a hybrid chair with a traditional cushioned seat and a mesh back and head support and the combination makes for a surprisingly comfortable arrangement. The mesh backing provides excellent support and airflow and keeps the chair fairly lightweight as well. The adjustable lumbar support piece is a nice touch vs. the one-size-fits-most approach usually taken with that on other chairs. The real selling point for me though was the armrests and how they are configured. I particularly like the fact that they aren't rigidly set at the front and can be folded up and/or angled in addition to having height adjustments (the "3-D" nature claimed in the description) for maximum flexibility and overall comfort. I typically use my office chair for 2-3 hours at a stretch and have had zero comfort issues with it under those conditions. The wheelbase in particular is very sturdy as it is made of welded steel that bolts to the individual metal support legs housing the caster wheels. This ensures not only structural stability but also a smooth "roll" when moving it about. Overall, the chair assembles fairly simply, the included instruction sheet takes you through the required steps and the hardware kit includes an Allen wrench and different size bolts already packaged for convenience along with some spares should you need them in the future. I was able to get it all together working alone in about 30 minutes and am very pleased with this latest addition to my office setup.

This is a very comfortable chair. It has the best lumbar support of any office chair I have tried. I would give it five stars just for the lumbar support. The back is cool and comfortable. Over the years, I have probably assembled 30 office chairs for our accounting firm. This was one of the easiest to assemble. Assembly is easy and straightforward. The included tool works very well, far better than most items I have assembled that come with a tiny hex wrench. This comes with a hex wrench on a t-handle, so assembly goes very smoothly. It even comes with a pair of gloves to protect your hands while assembling it. The arm rests are highly adjustable and raise up so that they can be completely out of the way. My only negative for the chair is that the arm rests do not come forward as far as I would like. They are a bit short for me, but I am in the "big and tall" category.

I'm sitting in this chair as I type this, so this is like a real-time review! I like this chair a lot. The seat is well padded, and the lumbar support and head rest is fully adjustable, and significantly add to the comfort level. the instructions were easy to follow. All the parts are identified, and there's even extra bolts just in case. I have to admit, I really like this chair, and I highly recommend it!

This chair is big and roomy! It can accommodate a wide load with ease! The chair has adjustable lumbar support. You can also adjust the base. It has a rotating spring rod that allows you to recline the chair to a certain degree. It is a comfortable chair, and definitely a worthwhile investment.
