I purchase this chair from Amazon. It was on sale for 1/2 off. Shipping was fast and assembly was easy. I love the look of the chair. However, the cushioning in the seat seems rather thin. I thought I was just being too picky - the price was right and overall it's a fairly comfortable chair. Then we decided to get a second one of these and since it was no longer available online I had to order it directly from the manufacturer's website at full price. What a difference! The second chair has MUCH more cushioning and it feels much sturdier than the one purchased from Amazon. I don't know if the manufacturer is selling two versions of the same chair (a cheaper, lower quality one on Amazon, better quality on their site), or Amazon is passing off knock off, fake versions.     • Butt hurts. Chair cushion will lose its CUSHIONY FLUFF in less than 2 months.
Love the beauty of this chair, goes well with our farmhouse/country theme. Super duper easy to assemble. I have 2 issues, I’ve use this chair for 2 months now and my butt hurts sitting down bc the cushion is NOT cushiony any more! I am very disappointed with the quality. Also, if you get the matching desk to go with this chair, the height of the chair is too low. I am into office ergonomics and sitting down with the max height is REALLY uncomfortable to type on the desk! —-7 months update: Now the height doesn’t stay locked. I’m slowly gliding down. I pump the height again and it does not lock. Piece of trash, what a waste of $$$ ... show more

    • Strong chemical odor
The chair had a very strong chemical odor to it that filled the room. We had to set it outside for a few days, and spray it with fabreeze more than once.

    • Cheaply made. Fell apart in 2 years
This chair is nice to look at but the seat collapsed within 2 years. Im not a large person and of average weight. We tore it apart and realized the seat Underneath is held together by cardboard. Very cheaply made and not worth the money.
