I have four of these stools. I bought the first two at a furniture store (not Ashley's) and then these second two on Amazon. The stools aren't the highest quality, but in my opinion they are great for the price. One of the stools in the set bought from Amazon had a small broken part. It's a little 3 inch ring that goes around the base. Clicking on customer support from the Amazon order's page gave me Ashley's customer support number as well as a link to their customer support website. I decided to call, but I wish I had emailed instead. I told them what was broken, but they said that Amazon covers the first month of customer service. I was somewhat skeptical and was expressing how it was just a tiny plastic (or some other sort of cheap material) piece, but the call ended in the middle of my sentence. I was forwarded to Amazon's customer support. Amazon told me that they could only replace the entire set of stools (which are already assembled in my dining room). This part is a cheap little decorative part. It probably weighs less than 12 grams. It would cost next to nothing to send me a replacement. It's not worth me taking the stools apart for. At the same time, I don't want one stool to look different than the others. I'm currently on hold with Amazon while they try to contact Ashley's. It's been 27 minutes since I first called customer support. The result of this phone call will determine whether I give between 1 and 3 stars. I wish I could get this time back. The call ended up taking 45 minutes. Ashley's is supposed to call me. It's still uncertain whether they will send me the part.

I would not have bought these chairs if I had not saved so much on Prime day. They were easy to assemble but the seat portion of the chair is really short. We are both over 6'3" and the edge of the seat is high up on the back of the legs. These would not be chairs that would be comfortable to sit in for any extended period of time. However, they look nice and there were no blemishes on them when they came out of the box. Could probably have shipped here without being double boxed.

Got these at a great price option, I shopped around and found these to be the best looking and shipping quick for my AirBnB apartment. I recommend them, they're not the most comfortable to use while not eating, but they do the job with enough padding and price point.

Bought these as my new apartment had a bar perfect for breakfast. Super easy to assemble however that was about the end of the good things. They aren't really comfortable to sit in constantly feel like you're either going to fall backwards or forwards. Getting them to lower the seat takes a pro football player.....which I am not.

These stools are beautiful and rather large! I’m 6’6 and can sit in them comfortably. The cushions are squishy and comfy for sitting in for long periods of time for example if you’re hosting a party and next extra seating

My product came damaged. Instead of just sending an untracked plastic ring, I was forced to reship the chairs back and recieve another set. It seemed reasonable at first and amazon was very cooperative. However taking appart the stools requires hitting them repeatedly with a hammer. There is no instruction manual provided for this so if it happens to you, you'll have to look up some YouTube videos.

Love the chairs!!! Easy to put together and sturdy! The only thing I recommend is to cover them or make sure to not let the chairs rub against the wall as this will tear the corners of the fabric of the chair….but love them! They are perfect!

This used-acceptable product missing some hardware is actually missing the uplift system for the chair so you cannot assembled properly without it. It just doesn’t work. Besides that the chair looks ok. I sent it back.
