We decided to buy one for our home too. The crazy thing is how long the battery life is. It's still reading full charge on both locks after at least 6 months. purchased one for office, then had to get another one, really like it, well made, stable wifi link, stable and reliable function, easy to install and use, really like the app provided and like the multiway to use and unlock, also it looks good on my doors, I really recommend it

I never could get this to work remotely and I bought the pod to make it work. It broke twice on me and they sent me parts to fix it. I dont like the fact that you cant lock it from the inside without doing so on your phone or I pad. The finger print thing works about 25% of the time as you have to have your finger there perfectly and if you mess up 3 times which is easy to do you are locked out for 5 mins. I think there are better choices out there. ... show more

    • So convenient to use a thumbprint!
I made multiple copies of my thumbprint to reduce the chance it wouldn't open, and it only misses maybe once every 20 times. The key is weird and hard to explain to the maintenance guys in the building, but once I sent pics it was fine. Gave a code to my cat sitter and awesome. Well worth the money!

The media could not be loaded. I have a few types of smart locks in my home but these are my favorite. Works great, haven't had any issues. I put one on my garage and bedroom door. Finger print reader is very consistent.

This is my first time writing a review, but I feel the need to share how useful this product has been for me. I just started an Airbnb and this lock has made check-ins very convenient for me and my guests. I use the fingerprint feature for myself, gave a permanent code to my cleaner, and I generate a timed code for my guests that start and expire as I set it.
