This keyless door lock has so many features that it’s definitely worth the price! The instructions were easy to follow and the set up is a breeze. I would recommend getting the lock with the fingerprint ability, as the touch screen has to be tapped a few times to light up before entering your code, which isn’t that big of a deal because you are also provided with key cards that are fast to use. I was surprised with all the features they made available with this lock, it definitely goes beyond the ordinary. So easy to install, both the paper instructions and the video were incredibly easy to follow. I probably but this all together in about 10 minutes or less. Product feels expensive and works like a charm. I needed it for a room in my store to keep people out of personal items; don’t know how I managed to go on without a lock like this.     • Revised: Locked myself out with this the first day
While preparing this lock for return I figure out the issue. There is a set screw inside the cover for each side. It's how you lock the handle in to be right handed or left handed. For the inside handle, if you tighten too much the handle won't move at all. If you tighten too little it gets stuck when exiting the door and may not be in the right spot, and then locks you out of the house. When you tighten it just right the handle springs back into a neutral position every time. Make sure you tighten it just right. Original review: If the inside handle is off from being in the neutral position you cannot unlock from outside with the code. You can lock yourself out simply by not checking the inside handle on the way out. I had to go find the key and use it to open the door. Very stupid design. Installation of this lock was no problem. I was a little frustrated with the size. I have a pretty standard door with room for a deadbolt and door lock. This lock is not big enough to cover both holes. But if I mount it in the bottom hold where I wanted to, it doesn't cover the top dead bolt hole. It covers half of it. So I have to fill the deadbolt hold or move the lock to the top and put something in the bottom hole. This is just a minor issue and I can live with it.
